不同壓力下具有內(nèi)熱源的包裝箱內(nèi)傳熱特性

【摘要】:目的研究具有內(nèi)熱源的某產(chǎn)品包裝箱在不同壓力下的傳熱特性。方法搭建具有內(nèi)熱源的某產(chǎn)品包裝箱傳熱特性實(shí)驗(yàn)系統(tǒng),對不同壓力下內(nèi)部具有熱源的某產(chǎn)品包裝箱內(nèi)的溫度場進(jìn)行測量,討論產(chǎn)品各部件的傳熱特性,并基于計(jì)算結(jié)果,擬合各部件的傳熱關(guān)聯(lián)式。結(jié)果常壓狀態(tài)下各測點(diǎn)溫度較低壓狀態(tài)更易達(dá)到平衡,箱體內(nèi)溫度場的分布符合被加熱物四周熱邊界層厚度分布規(guī)律。包裝箱內(nèi)對流傳熱能力隨著壓強(qiáng)的增大而增強(qiáng),且箱內(nèi)壓強(qiáng)處于較小范圍時,壓強(qiáng)的增加對于箱內(nèi)各部的冷卻效果更加顯著。結(jié)論正常工作的溫度范圍內(nèi),該產(chǎn)品包裝箱內(nèi)傳熱能力的強(qiáng)弱主要受對流傳熱影響,對流傳熱能力隨著壓強(qiáng)的增大而增強(qiáng);得到了各部件壁面?zhèn)鳠彡P(guān)聯(lián)式,誤差在5%以內(nèi)。
[Abstract]:Aim to study the heat transfer characteristics of a product with internal heat source at different pressures. Methods an experimental system for the heat transfer characteristics of a product package case with internal heat source was set up. The temperature field in the package box with internal heat source was measured under different pressures, and the heat transfer characteristics of each component of the product were discussed, and the results were based on the calculation results. Fit the heat transfer correlation of each component. Results the temperature of the measured points at normal pressure is more easily balanced than that of low pressure, and the distribution of temperature field in the box conforms to the thickness distribution of the thermal boundary layer around the heated object. The convection heat transfer capacity in the box increases with the increase of pressure, and when the pressure in the box is in a small range, the cooling effect of each part of the box is more obvious when the pressure increases. Conclusion in the normal working temperature range, the heat transfer capacity in the package box is mainly affected by convection heat transfer, and the convection heat transfer ability increases with the increase of pressure, and the wall heat transfer correlation of each component is obtained, the error is less than 5%.
