【摘要】：目的在"為公平而設(shè)計(jì)"這一主題的為期兩天的服務(wù)設(shè)計(jì)工作坊背景下,借助設(shè)計(jì)方法和工具,研究由原有設(shè)計(jì)思維轉(zhuǎn)化為服務(wù)設(shè)計(jì)思維的快速思維轉(zhuǎn)換模式。方法結(jié)合分析現(xiàn)有服務(wù)設(shè)計(jì)案例和社會(huì)現(xiàn)狀,尋找公平主題的痛點(diǎn)加以分析整理,得出改善不公平狀況的服務(wù)設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)。并通過設(shè)計(jì)流程,分析思維轉(zhuǎn)換的觸發(fā)點(diǎn)和推動(dòng)點(diǎn)與工具及方法的結(jié)合,對(duì)思維轉(zhuǎn)換所產(chǎn)生的作用。結(jié)論通過分析工作坊中4個(gè)小組的設(shè)計(jì)流程,結(jié)合他們的思維轉(zhuǎn)換模式進(jìn)行研究,為培養(yǎng)符合信息化時(shí)代跨領(lǐng)域人才的思維方式提供參考。
[Abstract]:Aim in the context of the two-day service design workshop on the theme "Design for Equity", a rapid thinking transformation model from original design thinking to service design thinking was studied by means of design methods and tools. Methods based on the analysis of the existing service design cases and the current social situation, the author analyzed and sorted out the pain points of the fair theme, and got the service design system to improve the unfair situation. Through the design process, the paper analyzes the function of the trigger point of thinking conversion and the combination of the driving point and the tools and methods. Conclusion through analyzing the design flow of four groups in the workshop and combining their thinking conversion mode, the paper provides a reference for training the thinking mode of cross-domain talents in the information age.
