【摘要】：為準確描述部件的狀態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)移過程,實現(xiàn)對多態(tài)系統(tǒng)(MSS)可靠性的準確估計,采用Wiener-馬爾可夫模型(Wiener-MM)對部件的狀態(tài)概率進行求解,利用通用生成函數(shù)(UGF)方法對MSS的可靠性進行分析,提出了基于Wiener-MM和UGF的MSS可靠性評估方法,并對某雷達功率放大系統(tǒng)的可靠性評估進行了分析。該方法降低了傳統(tǒng)方法中部件失效閾值對系統(tǒng)可靠度評估的影響,提高了系統(tǒng)可靠性評估精度,為雷達功率放大系統(tǒng)的預防性維修提供了新方法,具有很強的通用性和工程應用價值。
[Abstract]:In order to accurately describe the state transition process of components and estimate the reliability of polymorphic systems (MSS) accurately, the state probability of components is solved by Wiener-Markov model (Wiener-MM), and the reliability of MSS is analyzed by universal generating function (UGF). The reliability evaluation method of MSS based on Wiener-MM and UGF is proposed, and the reliability evaluation of a radar power amplifier system is analyzed. This method reduces the influence of component failure threshold on system reliability evaluation, improves the accuracy of system reliability evaluation, and provides a new method for preventive maintenance of radar power amplifier system. It has strong generality and engineering application value.
