【摘要】：建立了空調(diào)箱中表冷器的模型,與試驗結(jié)果對比驗證模型的正確性。利用所建立的模型,研究進風量、水流量和進風干球溫度對不同回路結(jié)構(gòu)空調(diào)箱表冷器的傳熱和流動性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,進風干球溫度增大時,半回路表冷器制冷量增長幅度最大,雙回路表冷器顯冷量增長率最高;水流量增加時,半回路表冷器水側(cè)阻力顯著高于其他回路結(jié)構(gòu)表冷器,雙回路表冷器制冷量和空氣側(cè)阻力增長率最高;不同回路結(jié)構(gòu)表冷器制冷量的差異隨進風量的增大趨于明顯。全回路表冷器各項性能參數(shù)均介于半回路表冷器和雙回路表冷器之間。
[Abstract]:The model of the surface cooler in the air conditioning box is established, and the correctness of the model is verified by comparing the test results. Based on the established model, the effects of inlet air volume, water flow rate and air inlet air drying ball temperature on the heat transfer and fluidity of the surface coolers with different loop structures are studied. The results show that when the inlet air drying ball temperature increases, the cooling capacity of the half loop surface cooler is the largest, and that of the double loop surface cooler is the highest, and the water side resistance of the half loop surface cooler is significantly higher than that of other circuit structure surface coolers when the water flow rate increases. The refrigerating capacity and the air side resistance growth rate of the double-loop surface cooler are the highest, and the difference of the cooling capacity of the different circuit structures tends to be obvious with the increase of the inlet air volume. The performance parameters of the full loop gauge cooler are between the half loop gauge cooler and the double loop gauge cooler.
