臥式自然冷源冷藏陳列柜食品溫度數(shù)值模擬

【摘要】:本文通過(guò)數(shù)值模擬的方法,將自然冷源引入臥式陳列柜,研究其柜內(nèi)食品溫度在不同工況下的變化規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明:柜內(nèi)食品包的溫度隨著室外冷源溫度的升高而升高,當(dāng)室外溫度處于-2~5℃范圍內(nèi)時(shí),柜內(nèi)貯藏溫度能夠維持在0~7℃之間,其他室外冷源溫度時(shí),需與陳列柜制冷系統(tǒng)聯(lián)合循環(huán)。在實(shí)際運(yùn)行中,在室外環(huán)境溫濕度為-1℃、22%RH,室內(nèi)環(huán)境溫濕度為22℃、55%RH的條件下,柜內(nèi)食品的貯藏溫度最佳。
