大張角聚焦換能器中的張角變化對(duì)生物組織溫度場(chǎng)的影響

【摘要】:高強(qiáng)度聚焦超聲(HIFU)是現(xiàn)代醫(yī)學(xué)腫瘤治療物理療法的一項(xiàng)重要技術(shù),其原理是通過聚焦方法將大面積超聲聚焦換能器輻射出的聲能量匯聚于面積極小的聚焦區(qū),使聚焦區(qū)獲得較強(qiáng)的聲能量并利用超聲波的熱效應(yīng)在短時(shí)間內(nèi)使病灶部位獲得較高的溫升,從而使腫瘤組織熱凝固壞死.大張角聚焦換能器指的是球面半張角大于16.6°的球殼式聚焦換能器.相對(duì)于傳統(tǒng)的小張角換能器,大張角聚焦換能器擁有更強(qiáng)的聲聚焦效應(yīng),聚焦區(qū)半徑更小,穿透性更好,聲能量聚焦效果明顯強(qiáng)于小張角換能器,所以可以獲得更好的溫升.利用Spheroidal Beam Equation(SBE)方程求解大張角聚焦換能器條件下的聲場(chǎng)獲得空間熱源的產(chǎn)熱率,然后通過Pennes方程解出大張角聚焦換能器條件下生物組織中的溫度場(chǎng)分布.研究不同改變張角方式下大張角聚焦換能器作用下生物組織的溫升分布情況,研究結(jié)果表明改變換能器的孔徑以改變張角時(shí),張角越大溫升越大,而改變其焦距以改變張角時(shí),溫度變化則相反.實(shí)驗(yàn)也驗(yàn)證了換能器孔徑變化對(duì)生物組織中的溫升的影響.
[Abstract]:High intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) is an important technique in modern medical tumor therapy. The principle of HIFU is that the sound energy emitted from large area ultrasonic focusing transducer is concentrated in a very small focus area by focusing method. The focus region can obtain strong acoustic energy and the thermal effect of ultrasonic wave can increase the temperature of the focus in a short period of time, thus making the tumor tissue thermal coagulation and necrosis. A large angle focusing transducer refers to a spherical shell focusing transducer with a half tensor angle greater than 16.6 擄. Compared with the conventional small-angle transducer, the large-angle focused transducer has stronger acoustic focusing effect, smaller radius of focus area, better penetration, and better focusing effect of acoustic energy than small-angle transducer, so better temperature rise can be obtained. The Spheroidal Beam equation (SBE) equation is used to solve the acoustic field under the condition of large angle focusing transducer to obtain the heat production rate of the space heat source, and then the temperature field distribution in the biological tissue under the condition of the large opening angle focusing transducer condition is solved by Pennes equation. The temperature rise distribution of biological tissue under the action of large angle focusing transducer is studied in different ways. The results show that when the aperture of transducer is changed to change the angle of tension, the larger the temperature of the angle is, the larger the temperature is, and when the focal length is changed to change the angle of tension, The temperature change is the opposite. The effect of the aperture change of the transducer on the temperature rise in biological tissue was also verified.
