基于TRIZ創(chuàng)新原理的工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)與地域文化共生發(fā)展應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:創(chuàng)造,是創(chuàng)造者綜合各方面信息,以一定目標(biāo)為準(zhǔn)則,進(jìn)而控制或調(diào)解客體產(chǎn)生有社會(huì)價(jià)值的新成果的活動(dòng)過(guò)程。工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)是一種以創(chuàng)造為最終目的以產(chǎn)生社會(huì)價(jià)值為目標(biāo)的行為活動(dòng)。 涉及工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)方法的理論從工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)史和工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)發(fā)展歷程中能見(jiàn)到許多,工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)需要設(shè)計(jì)的產(chǎn)品目標(biāo)也不斷變化,從最初的機(jī)械化生產(chǎn),批量化生產(chǎn)逐漸轉(zhuǎn)化到今天的情感化設(shè)計(jì),產(chǎn)品也被賦予感情色彩和內(nèi)涵意義。如何運(yùn)用更新穎的設(shè)計(jì)方法對(duì)產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì),找尋合適的創(chuàng)新原理是關(guān)鍵。TRIZ創(chuàng)新原理雖然是俄國(guó)在20世紀(jì)40年代就已經(jīng)提出,短短幾十年間在全球引起研究熱潮,但我國(guó)在研究TRIZ方面由于各方面原因發(fā)展較慢,而且TRIZ理論在我國(guó)通常運(yùn)用在工程問(wèn)題發(fā)明上。如何運(yùn)用TRIZ創(chuàng)新原理到工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)中是課題研究的重要方向。 在工業(yè)全球化的形勢(shì)下,工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)成為全球工業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)的主要競(jìng)爭(zhēng)理念之一,工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)的產(chǎn)品產(chǎn)量和產(chǎn)品價(jià)值競(jìng)爭(zhēng)愈演愈烈。工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)只有通過(guò)不斷尋求新的工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)方式創(chuàng)新,尋求新的工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)設(shè)計(jì)理論,把產(chǎn)品價(jià)格競(jìng)爭(zhēng)轉(zhuǎn)化為文化內(nèi)涵競(jìng)爭(zhēng),才能提升產(chǎn)品的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。發(fā)展工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)的文化內(nèi)涵,需要研究中國(guó)地域文化與之共生發(fā)展。通過(guò)將地域文化賦予產(chǎn)品新的文化內(nèi)涵,提高產(chǎn)品的文化價(jià)值和產(chǎn)品附加值,促進(jìn)工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展,由工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展,帶動(dòng)文化產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)銷(xiāo)售,從而傳播地域文化。 本論文通過(guò)分析國(guó)內(nèi)外工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和面臨的挑戰(zhàn),以工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)與地域文化共生發(fā)展為創(chuàng)新對(duì)象,從TRIZ創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)四十種發(fā)明創(chuàng)造原理中選擇適合運(yùn)用于工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)的四種設(shè)計(jì)方法,對(duì)如何進(jìn)行工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)與地域文化共生發(fā)展進(jìn)行研究。課題的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)在于將TRIZ創(chuàng)新原理運(yùn)用到對(duì)地域文化的工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)中,將通常用于工程問(wèn)題的分析方法運(yùn)用到文化產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)中,并在最后一章將理論結(jié)合實(shí)例分析完整的設(shè)計(jì)流程和設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)例分析。
[Abstract]:Creation is an active process in which the creator synthesizes all aspects of information and takes a certain target as the criterion, and then controls or mediates the object to produce new results of social value. Industrial design is a kind of behavior with the aim of creating social value. The theories concerning industrial design methods can be seen in the history of industrial design and the development of industrial design, and the product objectives that industrial design needs to design are constantly changing, from the initial mechanization of production, Mass production is gradually transformed into today's emotional design, and the products are endowed with emotional color and connotation. How to apply more novel design methods to product innovation design is the key to find suitable innovative principles. Although Triz innovation principle has been put forward in Russia in 1940s, it has caused a global research boom in just a few decades. However, the research on Triz in China is slow because of various reasons, and Triz theory is usually used in the invention of engineering problems in our country. How to apply Triz innovation principle to industrial design industry is an important research direction. Under the situation of industrial globalization, industrial design has become one of the main competitive concepts in the global industrial economy, and the competition between product output and product value of industrial design industry is becoming increasingly fierce. Only by constantly seeking for new ways of industrial design innovation and seeking new theories of industrial design can the industry of industrial design transform price competition into cultural competition in order to enhance the market competitiveness of products. To develop the cultural connotation of industrial design industry, it is necessary to study the symbiotic development of Chinese regional culture. By endowing regional culture with new cultural connotations of products, improving the cultural value and added value of products, promoting the development of industrial design industry, promoting the development of industrial design industry, promoting the production and sale of cultural products, thus spreading regional culture. By analyzing the present situation and challenges of industrial design industry at home and abroad, this paper takes the symbiotic development of industrial design industry and regional culture as the innovation object. From the Forty Invention and creation principles of Triz innovative design, four design methods suitable for industrial design industry innovation design are selected, and how to carry out the symbiotic development of industrial design industry and regional culture is studied. The innovation of the subject lies in the application of Triz innovation principle to the industrial design product design of the regional culture, and the application of the analytical method commonly used in engineering problems to the cultural product design. In the last chapter, the complete design flow and design case analysis are analyzed.
