信息架構(gòu)對于用戶體驗感知影響的研究

【摘要】:隨著時代的進步,科技日益發(fā)達,信息的傳遞早已經(jīng)不再是僅僅局限于口耳相傳或者紙筆等傳統(tǒng)媒介作為工具來進行傳遞;ヂ(lián)網(wǎng)的發(fā)展使得信息的制造與傳播都愈加的快速與方便。同時,由于突如其來的信息過盛也使得人們對于獲取信息與管理信息的壓力日益加劇。 Web1.0到Web2.0可以算是一個飛躍,在Web2.0的時代里不再是只有數(shù)據(jù)的時代,人們的操作方式也不再是單一的獲取信息而已。全民織網(wǎng)的Web2.0時代對于信息的組織、整理、表達以及展現(xiàn)在用戶眼前的清晰度成為了極具挑戰(zhàn)性的任務(wù)。越來越多的人開始更加注重對于產(chǎn)品的移情設(shè)計,人們對于產(chǎn)品的要求不僅僅只停留在功能的滿足上,同時還需要體驗上的滿足感;ヂ(lián)網(wǎng)的飛速發(fā)展使得人們對于與產(chǎn)品互動性的需求越來越高。如何才能讓用戶與產(chǎn)品在進行交互的過程中能夠感受到產(chǎn)品帶給用戶的舒適感、方便、快捷和安全的滿足感,讓用戶在與產(chǎn)品交互的過程中收獲瞬間之美的體驗感受?這不單單只是把表面功夫做好就足夠的,我們需要透過表層去挖掘隱藏在背后的結(jié)構(gòu)。如果一個網(wǎng)頁讓用戶在瀏覽的過程中完全不知從何處下手,不知道應(yīng)該怎么瀏覽網(wǎng)頁才能找到自己需要的信息,那么無論這個網(wǎng)頁的頁面配色有多么漂亮也無法掩飾它架構(gòu)的不清晰以及可用性極低等一系列問題的事實。信息架構(gòu)的核心目標就是用戶體驗,也就是可用性與易用性的結(jié)合。 本文主要通過闡述對于信息架構(gòu)理論的基礎(chǔ)研究,包括信息架構(gòu)的概念、設(shè)計原理以及意義來說明信息架構(gòu)對于在設(shè)計過程中起到的舉足輕重的作用,詳細的解析了信息架構(gòu)的各個組件及作用。通過在對理念進行闡述的同時,針對性的列舉出一些相關(guān)的實例與之相結(jié)合,力求將文章對于信息架構(gòu)整體的設(shè)計流程以及方法表述得更加清晰明確,并在其基礎(chǔ)之上強調(diào)信息架構(gòu)的把控對于后續(xù)作用于用戶體驗的影響。本文不僅僅從信息架構(gòu)一個方面進行贅述,同時還從用戶研究,包括用戶心理、用戶需求以及用戶目標等方面來強調(diào)信息架構(gòu)與用戶體驗之間的強聯(lián)系。在著手設(shè)計的前期研究中,需要通過用戶訪談、建立用戶模型和使用情境等方法挖掘用戶的真實心理訴求;通過以用戶目標為導向,觀察用戶行為來對產(chǎn)品的功能及方向進行定位,幫助設(shè)計師能夠在進行架構(gòu)設(shè)計時更加的貼合用戶的心智模型符合用戶的心理預期,有效地提升用戶體驗。好的產(chǎn)品要懂得如何迎合用戶的心理,而不是讓用戶去適應(yīng)產(chǎn)品。其中,文章里還提到有關(guān)于“大數(shù)據(jù)”的基本概念以及了解通過對數(shù)據(jù)的收集來如何幫助設(shè)計師更好地掌握用戶的真實心理以及訴求,更好地引導對于信息架構(gòu)的設(shè)計。不同類型的產(chǎn)品和用戶以及使用情境等都會有與之相匹配的信息架構(gòu),但最終的設(shè)計原理都是互通的。 文章最后結(jié)合實際案例,基于前期的用戶研究,從了解用戶需求到給出最終的解決方案和交互設(shè)計展現(xiàn)形式。通過一個完整的設(shè)計案例,詳細地闡述從無到有的設(shè)計過程,以此來驗證論文研究中相關(guān)理論的準確性以及可靠性。 本文的創(chuàng)新點:以信息架構(gòu)立論,重點闡述了信息架構(gòu)的相關(guān)原理、設(shè)計方法及流程,闡明信息架構(gòu)對于用戶體驗感知所產(chǎn)生影響的重要性。明確以用戶為中心的出發(fā)點,從而展開對其心理、行為和邏輯等方面的研究。始終抓住信息架構(gòu)的本質(zhì),通過把握信息架構(gòu)的設(shè)計原則對其進行調(diào)整與優(yōu)化從而嘗試將PC端網(wǎng)頁的架構(gòu)移植到移動端。盡可能的讓用戶享受到無縫式操作體驗的研究性課題。
[Abstract]:With the progress of the times and the development of science and technology, the transmission of information is no longer limited to the transmission of traditional media such as word of mouth or paper and pen. The development of the Internet makes the manufacturing and dissemination of information more rapid and convenient. The pressure of information and management information is increasing.
Web1.0 to Web2.0 can be a leap, in the era of Web2.0 is no longer the only time of data, people's operating mode is no longer a single access to information. The Web2.0 era of the whole people weaving network has become a challenging task for the organization, sorting, expression and presentation of the information in front of the user. Many people begin to pay more attention to the design of empathy for products. People's requirements for products are not only confined to functional satisfaction, but also need to experience satisfaction. The rapid development of the Internet has made people more and more demanding of interaction with the products. How can the user interact with the product in the process of interaction? We can feel the comfort, convenience, quick and safe satisfaction of the product, and let the user experience the beauty of the moment in the process of interacting with the product. It is not only enough to do a good job, but we need to dig the hidden structure through the surface. In the course of reading, I do not know where to get down, and do not know how to browse the web to find the information you need, so no matter how beautiful the page color is, it can not hide the fact that its architecture is not clear and the availability is very low. The core goal of the information architecture is the user experience, too. It is the combination of usability and ease of use.
This paper focuses on the basic research on information architecture theory, including the concept of information architecture, design principles and significance to illustrate the important role of information architecture in the design process, and detailed analysis of the components and functions of the information architecture. Some relevant examples are combined to make the article clear and clear about the design process and methods of the information architecture as a whole, and on the basis of which the information architecture is emphasized on the impact of the follow-up on the user experience. This article is not only a detail from one aspect of the information architecture, but also from the information architecture. Users' research, including user psychology, user needs and user goals, emphasizes the strong connection between information architecture and user experience. In the early research on the design, users' real psychological demands should be excavated through user interviews, user models and use situations. Looking at the user's behavior to locate the function and direction of the product to help designers be able to fit the user's mental model more in line with the user's psychological expectation and improve the user experience. The good product should understand how to cater to the user's psychology, not the user to adapt to the product. There are basic concepts about "big data" and how to help designers to better grasp the true psychology and demands of users through the collection of data, and to better guide the design of information architecture. Different types of products and users, as well as the use of situations, all have a matching information architecture, but ultimately, The principles of design are all interworking.
At the end of the paper, based on the actual case, based on the previous user research, from the understanding of the user needs to the final solution and the interactive design presentation, the design process is elaborated in detail through a complete design case, in order to verify the accuracy and reliability of the related theories in the thesis.
The innovation point of this paper is based on information architecture, focusing on the related principles, design methods and processes of information architecture, and clarifying the importance of information architecture on the impact of user experience perception. The essence of it is to adjust and optimize it by grasping the design principles of the information architecture to try to transplant the architecture of the PC end web page to the mobile end.
