【摘要】：根據(jù)中國(guó)人口與發(fā)展研究中心2015年研究數(shù)據(jù)顯示,中國(guó)的老年人使用的住房建造時(shí)間平均在80年代以后,而當(dāng)時(shí)的建筑多為六七層以下。調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)顯示全國(guó)有28.9%的老年人住在七層以下未設(shè)有上下樓輔助設(shè)施的樓房中,居住在這些樓中的三到七層的老年用戶上下樓存在困難。2015年中國(guó)60周歲以上人口占總?cè)丝诘?6.1%,按2.21億老年人口數(shù)計(jì)算,中國(guó)數(shù)以萬(wàn)計(jì)的老人像樹民一樣正“懸在空中”,如若身體不便,他們只能透過(guò)窗戶窺探外面的世界。本文通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外多層住宅和代步裝置的研究分析,針對(duì)中國(guó)7層以下無(wú)電梯住宅樓的高齡用戶、上下樓不便的住戶,提出解決上下樓困難的方案。通過(guò)對(duì)中國(guó)老年人口的住房密度和老式住宅樓道空間尺寸的調(diào)研分析整理,設(shè)計(jì)符合實(shí)情的合理的搭乘運(yùn)行系統(tǒng)和樓道智能代步器。同時(shí)通過(guò)樓道智能代步器,將社區(qū)安保、社區(qū)信息通告、健康醫(yī)療、緊急救助、社區(qū)超市、公益活動(dòng)等與互聯(lián)網(wǎng)結(jié)合,打造智能社區(qū)生活圈。解決老年人上下樓困難的同時(shí)提升他們的生活質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:According to data from the China Center for population and Development Research in 2015, the average construction time for older Chinese homes was after the 1980s, when buildings were mostly under six or seven stories. The survey data show that 28.9 percent of the country's elderly live in buildings with no upper or lower floor auxiliary facilities under seven storeys. The number of elderly people living on three or seven floors of these buildings is difficult to get up and down. In 2015, China's population of 60 or more accounted for 16.1 percent of the total population. According to the number of 221 million elderly people, tens of thousands of old people in China are "hanging in the air" like trees. If they are physically inconvenienced, they can only peep out the outside world through the window. Based on the research and analysis of the multi-storey residential buildings and the moving devices at home and abroad, this paper puts forward a solution to the difficulties in the upper and lower floors for the elderly users and the inconvenient residents of the elevator-free residential buildings below the seven-story level in China. Based on the investigation and analysis of the housing density and the space size of the old residential buildings in China, a reasonable ride system and intelligent walker are designed. At the same time, it combines community security, community information announcement, health care, emergency rescue, community supermarket, public welfare activities with the Internet to create an intelligent community life circle. Solve the problems of old people up and down the building while improving their quality of life.
