CTMC異地協(xié)同設(shè)計(jì)平臺(tái)的設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:異地協(xié)同設(shè)計(jì)是一種先進(jìn)的產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)組織模式,它通過現(xiàn)代化信息技術(shù)的支持,能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)多個(gè)協(xié)作成員在不同時(shí)間、不同地點(diǎn)開展協(xié)同設(shè)計(jì)。本文以中國(guó)煙草機(jī)械集團(tuán)有限責(zé)任公司(以下簡(jiǎn)稱CTMC)為對(duì)象,應(yīng)用異地協(xié)同設(shè)計(jì)的相關(guān)理念和管理方法,結(jié)合CTMC信息化建設(shè)和產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)與開發(fā)的現(xiàn)狀,設(shè)計(jì)了一種符合CTMC實(shí)際需求的異地協(xié)同設(shè)計(jì)平臺(tái),以期提高產(chǎn)品開發(fā)效率,降低設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)成本,提升研發(fā)管理水平。 本文重點(diǎn)闡述了四個(gè)方面的內(nèi)容:一是設(shè)計(jì)了CTMC異地協(xié)同設(shè)計(jì)平臺(tái)的硬件系統(tǒng)。以異地協(xié)同設(shè)計(jì)基本理論和國(guó)內(nèi)外該領(lǐng)域應(yīng)用研究成果為指導(dǎo),深入分析了CTMC信息化的應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀與問題,結(jié)合CTMC的實(shí)際需要,提出了組建異地協(xié)同設(shè)計(jì)平臺(tái)基礎(chǔ)網(wǎng)絡(luò)要求、硬件配置要求和數(shù)據(jù)備份方案。二是闡述了該平臺(tái)所需重要功能的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)過程。本文從順利開展異地協(xié)同設(shè)計(jì)的實(shí)際需要出發(fā),重點(diǎn)闡述了異地?cái)?shù)據(jù)同步功能、統(tǒng)一標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件庫(kù)功能、統(tǒng)一項(xiàng)目管理功能、向制造系統(tǒng)發(fā)布數(shù)據(jù)功能、BOM管理功能等九大功能的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)過程。三是統(tǒng)一了異地協(xié)同設(shè)計(jì)的實(shí)施規(guī)范;赑TC公司W(wǎng)indchill PDM應(yīng)用軟件的基本特點(diǎn)和CTMC的設(shè)計(jì)慣例,對(duì)產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件三維CAD模型創(chuàng)建、零部件屬性定義等相關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)施規(guī)范進(jìn)行了有效統(tǒng)一。四是再造了異地協(xié)同設(shè)計(jì)的業(yè)務(wù)流程。為了有效實(shí)施異地協(xié)同設(shè)計(jì),對(duì)相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)流程進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化、整合和再造,,這些流程包括:異地協(xié)同設(shè)計(jì)流程、設(shè)計(jì)變更流程、產(chǎn)品數(shù)據(jù)編碼管理工作流程、產(chǎn)品物料失效及替換工作流程等。經(jīng)過測(cè)試后的平臺(tái),在CTMC得到了實(shí)際應(yīng)用,效果良好,達(dá)到預(yù)期目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:Remote collaborative design is an advanced organization mode of product design and development. It can realize collaborative design of multiple cooperating members at different time and place through the support of modern information technology. This paper takes China Tobacco Machinery Group Co., Ltd. (CTMC) as the object, applies the related concepts and management methods of collaborative design in different places, and combines the current situation of information construction and product design and development of CTMC. In order to improve the efficiency of product development, reduce the cost of design and development, and improve the level of R & D management, a collaborative design platform is designed to meet the actual requirements of CTMC. This paper focuses on four aspects: first, the design of CTMC remote collaborative design platform hardware system. Under the guidance of the basic theory of remote collaborative design and the domestic and foreign application research results in this field, this paper deeply analyzes the current situation and problems of CTMC information application, combining with the actual needs of CTMC, puts forward the requirements of constructing the basic network of remote collaborative design platform. Hardware configuration requirements and data backup scheme. Secondly, the design and implementation process of the important functions of the platform are described. In this paper, the functions of data synchronization, standard parts library, project management are discussed in order to carry out the collaborative design in different places smoothly. The design and implementation of nine main functions, such as publishing data function to manufacturing system, BOM management function and so on. Third, unified the implementation of collaborative design in different places. Based on the basic characteristics of windchill PDM application software of PTC Company and the design practice of CTMC, the relevant design and implementation specifications such as product structure design, 3D CAD model of standard parts, attribute definition of parts and so on are effectively unified. Fourth, reengineering the business process of collaborative design in different places. In order to effectively implement remote collaborative design, the related business processes are optimized, integrated and reengineered. These processes include: remote collaborative design process, design change process, product data coding management workflow, Product material failure and replacement workflow, etc. After testing, the platform has been applied in CTMC, the effect is good and the expected goal is achieved.
