【摘要】:改革開放后,尤其是進(jìn)入21世紀(jì),我國處于冷庫建設(shè)的高峰期,主要分布個沿海城市等一、二線城市,及水果、蔬菜的主要產(chǎn)地。在冷庫建設(shè)迅猛發(fā)展的過程中出現(xiàn)了諸多問題,主要表現(xiàn)在兩方面:一是冷庫自動化控制程度比較低;二是冷庫節(jié)能措施未引起足夠重視。 本文針對上述冷庫發(fā)展中存在的問題,首先深入研究了制冷工藝和原理,結(jié)合實(shí)際應(yīng)用經(jīng)驗(yàn),從冷凝壓力節(jié)能控制技術(shù)、冷庫融霜節(jié)能控制技術(shù)、壓縮機(jī)變頻節(jié)能技術(shù)等幾個方面,對冷庫節(jié)能技術(shù)與措施進(jìn)行了研究和實(shí)現(xiàn)。通過對冷庫控制系統(tǒng)中PLC控制技術(shù)、工業(yè)現(xiàn)場總線技術(shù)、SCADA監(jiān)控技術(shù)、基于WEB的遠(yuǎn)程發(fā)布技術(shù)等關(guān)鍵技術(shù)的深入研究,結(jié)合制冷工藝和原理,將自動化高新技術(shù)應(yīng)用到冷庫自動及節(jié)能控制的實(shí)踐當(dāng)中。通過PLC及SCADA監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)了冷庫的全自動無人值守運(yùn)行;基于WINCC監(jiān)控軟件設(shè)計實(shí)現(xiàn)了冷庫的管控一體化;采用PID控制算法實(shí)現(xiàn)設(shè)備的高效無故障運(yùn)行;利用工業(yè)現(xiàn)場總線實(shí)現(xiàn)了系統(tǒng)的遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控與管理。 本文設(shè)計并實(shí)現(xiàn)的冷庫自動控制系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)投入運(yùn)行,運(yùn)行效果良好,有效提高了冷庫自動化程度,在冷庫節(jié)能方面的技術(shù)和措施也得到了充分驗(yàn)證。
[Abstract]:After the reform and opening up, especially in the 21st century, China is in the peak of cold storage construction, mainly distributed in coastal cities, such as the first and second tier cities, as well as the main producing areas of fruits and vegetables. In the process of the rapid development of cold storage construction, there are many problems, mainly in two aspects: first, the degree of automation control of cold storage is relatively low; second, the energy saving measures of cold storage have not attracted enough attention. In view of the problems existing in the development of the cold storage, this paper first studies the refrigeration technology and principle, combining with the practical application experience, from the condensing pressure energy-saving control technology, freezer defrosting energy saving control technology. The energy saving technology and measures of cold storage are studied and realized in several aspects such as frequency conversion and energy saving technology of compressor. Through the deep research on the key technologies such as PLC control technology in the cold storage control system, SCADA monitoring technology based on industrial fieldbus and remote release technology based on Web, the refrigeration technology and principle are combined. Apply automatic high-tech to the practice of automatic and energy-saving control in cold storage. Through PLC and SCADA monitoring system, the automatic unattended operation of cold storage is realized, the control integration of cold storage is realized based on WinCC monitoring software, and the efficient and fault-free operation of equipment is realized by pid control algorithm. The remote monitoring and management of the system is realized by using industrial fieldbus. The automatic control system of cold storage designed and implemented in this paper has been put into operation, and the operation effect is good, and the automation degree of cold storage has been improved effectively. The technology and measures of saving energy in cold storage have also been fully verified.
