超細(xì)Co-Cr-V復(fù)合金屬粉末的制備與表征

【摘要】:利用共沉淀-熱分解法,制備出超細(xì)復(fù)合堿式碳酸鹽前驅(qū)體和Co-Cr-V復(fù)合金屬粉末。利用X線衍射儀和紅外吸收光譜分析前驅(qū)體和復(fù)合金屬粉末的物相與晶體結(jié)構(gòu),用電感耦合等離子體原子發(fā)射光譜測(cè)定復(fù)合金屬粉末的元素組成和含量。研究結(jié)果表明:前驅(qū)體為單相堿式碳酸鈷,煅燒得到包含α-Co(fcc)和β-Co(hcp)的兩相Co-Cr-V復(fù)合金屬粉末,其中α-Co相含量在pH為11時(shí)達(dá)到最大值,約為82%(質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù))。通過(guò)DSC-TG(氬氣氣氛)分析,研究前驅(qū)體的熱分解行為,發(fā)現(xiàn)前驅(qū)體的熱分解過(guò)程與堿式碳酸鈷相似,大約在259和951℃分別發(fā)生一次和二次離解。利用掃描電鏡觀察前驅(qū)體和復(fù)合金屬粉末的形貌,發(fā)現(xiàn)煅燒后的復(fù)合金屬粉末與前驅(qū)體的形貌相似,具有繼承性,均為類球狀顆粒團(tuán)聚體。利用比表面積分析儀測(cè)定前驅(qū)體與復(fù)合金屬粉末的比表面積,并據(jù)此估算出粉末的平均粒度:前驅(qū)體的粒度在5~11 nm之間,煅燒后得到的復(fù)合金屬粉末粒度顯著增大,接近或達(dá)到亞微米級(jí);復(fù)合金屬粉末粒度隨pH(pH在7~11之間)增大而增大,當(dāng)pH為7時(shí),粉末的平均粒度約為96 nm。
[Abstract]:Ultrafine composite basic carbonate precursor and Co-Cr-V composite metal powder were prepared by coprecipitation-thermal decomposition method. The phase and crystal structure of precursor and composite metal powder were analyzed by X-ray diffractometer and infrared absorption spectrum. The element composition and content of composite metal powder were determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry. The results show that the precursor is single phase cobalt carbonate and calcined to obtain two-phase Co-Cr-V composite metal powder containing 偽 -Co (fcc) and 尾 -Co (hcp). The content of 偽 -Co phase reaches the maximum value at 11:00 at pH, about 82% (mass fraction). The thermal decomposition behavior of the precursor was studied by DSC-TG (argon atmosphere) analysis. It was found that the thermal decomposition process of the precursor was similar to that of the basic cobalt carbonate, and the primary and secondary dissociation occurred at 259 鈩,
