基于Geomagic studio的3D草圖提取與混合建模

【摘要】:目前,逆向工程技術(shù)已廣泛應(yīng)用于產(chǎn)品的復(fù)制、仿制、改進(jìn)和創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì),是消化吸收先進(jìn)技術(shù)和縮短產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)周期的重要技術(shù)手段。對(duì)逆向工程中現(xiàn)有的曲面重建方法進(jìn)行了研究,提出一種基于3D草圖提取與混合建模的曲面重建新思路。3D草圖由截面曲線、邊界曲線和特征曲線組成,包含了原始設(shè)計(jì)意圖和詳細(xì)的曲面重建信息。以Geomagic studio軟件為平臺(tái),提取了3D草圖,然后將3D草圖交換至Solid Works中進(jìn)行正向的參數(shù)化曲面重建,為基于逆向工程的復(fù)雜曲面重建和再設(shè)計(jì)提供了一種新的途徑。
[Abstract]:At present, reverse engineering technology has been widely used in product replication, imitation, improvement and innovative design, which is an important technical means to digest and absorb advanced technology and shorten product design and development cycle. The existing methods of surface reconstruction in reverse engineering are studied. A new method of surface reconstruction based on 3D sketch extraction and hybrid modeling is proposed. The 3D sketch consists of cross-section curve, boundary curve and characteristic curve. Contains original design intention and detailed surface reconstruction information. Based on Geomagic studio software, 3D sketches are extracted and exchanged to solid works for forward parametric surface reconstruction, which provides a new way for complex surface reconstruction and redesign based on reverse engineering.
