家用自然恒溫冷藏箱的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:隨著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)的持續(xù)、快速發(fā)展,能源變得匱乏,能源危機(jī)加劇,節(jié)約能源和節(jié)能模式的開發(fā)已迫在眉睫。在果蔬儲(chǔ)藏方面,自然冷源的開發(fā)與利用符合中國(guó)能源的現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展,對(duì)環(huán)境的保護(hù)有著極為深遠(yuǎn)的意義。自然冷源冷藏箱能提高資源利用效率,以較少的耗電量實(shí)現(xiàn)水果蔬菜的保鮮效果,符合資源節(jié)約的社會(huì)趨勢(shì)。 家用自然恒溫冷藏箱不同于傳統(tǒng)意義上用于儲(chǔ)存食品的冷藏箱,主要用于我國(guó)北方供暖地區(qū)冬季水果、蔬菜的保鮮。箱體有夾層,通過微型風(fēng)扇通入室內(nèi)的熱空氣,熱空氣在夾層內(nèi)循環(huán)一次后排向室外,箱內(nèi)的溫度控制器用于控制微型風(fēng)扇的開啟,確保箱內(nèi)溫度恒定,箱內(nèi)空氣基本保持自然流動(dòng)。 由于果蔬的存放需要合適的溫度,而在我國(guó)北方的冬季,由于供暖的作用,室內(nèi)外溫差較大,居民習(xí)慣于購(gòu)買較多的水果蔬菜備用,由于電冰箱存在空間不夠用及串味、干耗過快、果蔬霉變等缺點(diǎn),直接放在室內(nèi)亦不能存放較長(zhǎng)時(shí)間,因此我們?cè)O(shè)計(jì)出該自然恒溫冷藏箱。該冷藏箱使用天然冷、熱源,即室外冷空氣及室內(nèi)熱空氣,通過室內(nèi)熱空氣的有組織擴(kuò)散,在冷藏箱內(nèi)達(dá)到需要的溫度。 本文首先從理論上論證了該自然恒溫冷藏箱的可行性,并且建立了冷藏箱箱體的模型,通過對(duì)模型的求解獲得了自然恒溫冷藏箱內(nèi)的溫度場(chǎng)變化規(guī)律。通過模擬得到的數(shù)據(jù)可以較好地指導(dǎo)實(shí)驗(yàn)過程,并判斷實(shí)驗(yàn)過程的正確性。 在實(shí)驗(yàn)過程中我們首先依照設(shè)計(jì)原理制作了家用自然恒溫冷藏箱,然后搭建自然恒溫冷藏箱送風(fēng)系統(tǒng)試驗(yàn)臺(tái),測(cè)定不同情況下自然恒溫冷藏箱內(nèi)的溫度場(chǎng)變化。 實(shí)驗(yàn)研究表明,該自然恒溫冷藏箱適合用于我國(guó)冬季的北方,室外環(huán)境在-15℃至5℃時(shí)均可使用此冷藏箱達(dá)到不同的儲(chǔ)藏目的,采用頂部夾層小孔送風(fēng)的方式,箱內(nèi)的溫度場(chǎng)比底部風(fēng)管小孔送風(fēng)更加均勻。室外環(huán)境溫度越低,一個(gè)送風(fēng)周期內(nèi)的送風(fēng)時(shí)間就越長(zhǎng),送風(fēng)量就越大;室內(nèi)熱空氣的送風(fēng)溫度越低,一個(gè)送風(fēng)周期內(nèi)的送風(fēng)時(shí)間就越長(zhǎng),送風(fēng)量越大。
[Abstract]:With the sustained and rapid development of the global economy, energy becomes scarce and the energy crisis intensifies. In the storage of fruits and vegetables, the development and utilization of natural cold source is in line with the current situation and development of energy resources in China, which has a far-reaching significance for the protection of the environment. The natural cold source freezer can improve the resource utilization efficiency and realize the fresh-keeping effect of fruits and vegetables with less electricity consumption, which is in line with the social trend of resource saving. The domestic natural thermostatic refrigerator is different from the traditional refrigerating box used for storing food. It is mainly used for the preservation of fruits and vegetables in winter in the heating area of northern China. The box body has a sandwich, through the micro fan into the indoor hot air, the hot air in the interlayer circulation back to the outdoor, the temperature controller in the box is used to control the opening of the micro fan, to ensure that the temperature in the box is constant, The air in the box basically keeps flowing naturally. Because the storage of fruits and vegetables needs proper temperature, and in the winter of northern China, because of the effect of heating, the difference of indoor and outdoor temperature is great, residents are used to buying more fruits and vegetables for reserve, and because of the lack of space and the flavor of the refrigerator, Because the dry consumption is too fast and the fruits and vegetables are mildew, it can not be stored indoors for a long time, so we have designed the natural thermostatic refrigerator. The refrigerating box uses natural cold and heat sources, namely outdoor cold air and indoor hot air, to reach the desired temperature through the organized diffusion of indoor hot air. In this paper, the feasibility of the natural constant-temperature refrigerator is theoretically proved, and the model of the freezer body is established, and the variation law of the temperature field in the natural constant-temperature refrigerator is obtained by solving the model. The simulated data can guide the experimental process and judge the correctness of the experimental process. In the course of the experiment, we first made the domestic natural constant temperature refrigerator according to the design principle, then set up the test bed of the natural constant temperature box air supply system, and measured the temperature field change in the natural constant temperature refrigerator under different conditions. The experimental results show that the natural constant-temperature refrigerator is suitable for northern China in winter.
