【摘要】：力感主手的手腕對(duì)主手的動(dòng)態(tài)性能影響很大。為提高主手的動(dòng)態(tài)性能,在通用型力感主手的基礎(chǔ)上,采用將捏持點(diǎn)從手腕腕心移出的方法對(duì)主手手腕結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行改進(jìn)。確定由于捏持點(diǎn)與手腕腕心不重合而產(chǎn)生的額外力矩不會(huì)對(duì)人的力感覺產(chǎn)生干擾的最大移出距離。在力感主手處于完全重力平衡的條件下,根據(jù)人機(jī)工程學(xué)提出手腕結(jié)構(gòu)的改進(jìn)方案,降低手腕質(zhì)量,并提高了手腕結(jié)構(gòu)的剛度,使主手末端的慣性力降低了57%,顯著提升了主手的動(dòng)態(tài)性能。
[Abstract]:The wrist of the main hand has great influence on the dynamic performance of the main hand. In order to improve the dynamic performance of the master hand, the structure of the main hand was improved by removing the holding point from the wrist center on the basis of the universal force sense main hand. Determine the maximum displacement distance from which the extra torque caused by the non-coincidence of the pinch point with the wrist center does not interfere with the human force sense. Under the condition that the main hand of force sense is in full gravity balance, according to the ergonomics, the improved scheme of wrist structure is put forward, which reduces the quality of wrist and improves the rigidity of wrist structure. The inertial force at the end of the main hand is reduced by 57 and the dynamic performance of the master hand is improved significantly.
