【摘要】：為保證金屬氯化物吸附劑長期使用性能的穩(wěn)定性,同時減緩因與氨氣反應(yīng)出現(xiàn)膨脹結(jié)塊而導(dǎo)致的吸附性能的衰減,本文以氯化鈣、膨脹石墨和木屑為原料,基于控制容積法測定吸附量,并通過正交實驗的方法分析了浸潰用氯化鈣溶液濃度、木屑與石墨質(zhì)量比、炭化活化時間和炭化活化溫度因素對復(fù)合吸附劑循環(huán)吸附量的影響。實驗結(jié)果表明:配制氯化鈣復(fù)合吸附劑最佳水平為浸漬的ω(CaCl_2)為0.2,木屑膨脹石墨質(zhì)量比為4:1,炭化活化溫度為500℃,活化時間為1.75 h。
[Abstract]:In order to ensure the stability of the performance of metal chloride adsorbents for a long time and to slow down the decay of adsorption properties caused by the reaction with ammonia, calcium chloride, expanded graphite and wood chips were used as raw materials. The effects of concentration of calcium chloride solution for leaching, mass ratio of sawdust to graphite, carbonization activation time and carbonization activation temperature on the cyclic adsorption capacity of composite adsorbent were analyzed by orthogonal experiment based on the controlled volumetric method.
