基于TRIZ的綠色產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)研究

【摘要】:隨著制造業(yè)的飛速發(fā)展,全球性的環(huán)境惡化、資源緊缺和能源危機(jī)等問題日益凸現(xiàn)。綠色設(shè)計(jì)作為一種順應(yīng)可持續(xù)發(fā)展要求的先進(jìn)設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù),已被公認(rèn)為是解決以上問題的有效途徑。目前,綠色設(shè)計(jì)作為一種新興的設(shè)計(jì)理念,還缺乏系統(tǒng)性的理論體系、方法以及工具的支撐,從而導(dǎo)致其很難在企業(yè)中得到推廣,這已成為綠色設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)在工程實(shí)踐中進(jìn)一步實(shí)施和應(yīng)用的瓶頸。因此,如何將其他創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)方法和技術(shù)融入綠色產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)過程,建立完善的綠色產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)理論體系,并在此基礎(chǔ)之上開發(fā)面向綠色產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)的軟件系統(tǒng),幫助企業(yè)提高綠色創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)能力,從而開發(fā)環(huán)境友好性產(chǎn)品是當(dāng)前綠色設(shè)計(jì)領(lǐng)域亟待解決的問題。本文在深入分析國內(nèi)外現(xiàn)有先進(jìn)設(shè)計(jì)方法的基礎(chǔ)上,對產(chǎn)品綠色設(shè)計(jì)理論體系、綠色產(chǎn)品用戶需求分析、實(shí)例推理原理、基于AHP(層次分析法)的產(chǎn)品綠色設(shè)計(jì)方案評價(jià)、基于TRIZ(發(fā)明問題解決理論)的綠色產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)問題解決方法以及面向綠色產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)的CAI(計(jì)算機(jī)輔助創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì))系統(tǒng)開發(fā)等內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了重點(diǎn)研究。本文主要研究工作包括以下幾個(gè)方面:首先,系統(tǒng)的研究了現(xiàn)代綠色設(shè)計(jì)理論體系,深入地分析了綠色設(shè)計(jì)概念、主要內(nèi)容、設(shè)計(jì)原則、實(shí)施步驟、關(guān)鍵技術(shù)及其與傳統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)的區(qū)別,完善了綠色設(shè)計(jì)理論的基本框架。同時(shí),分析了目前綠色產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)中存在的關(guān)鍵問題。其次,探究綠色設(shè)計(jì)與先進(jìn)創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)方法的集成。基于現(xiàn)有的綠色設(shè)計(jì)方面的研究,結(jié)合魚骨法、CBR、AHP、TRIZ等創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)理論與方法的特點(diǎn),探討如何集成上述先進(jìn)設(shè)計(jì)理論與方法來分析并解決產(chǎn)品綠色設(shè)計(jì)問題的途徑,并將其應(yīng)用于面向產(chǎn)品全生命周期的綠色設(shè)計(jì)的各個(gè)階段,構(gòu)建多方法集成的產(chǎn)品綠色設(shè)計(jì)問題解決過程模型。再次,設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)了面向綠色產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)的CAI軟件原型系統(tǒng)。該軟件系統(tǒng)以基于TRIZ理論的多方法集成的綠色產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)模型為理論基礎(chǔ),構(gòu)建軟件的結(jié)構(gòu)體系、底層數(shù)據(jù)庫以及軟件系統(tǒng)的功能模塊,通過SQL Server 2005和C#等計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)工具完成了軟件整體界面和功能的實(shí)現(xiàn)。最后,以洗衣機(jī)的綠色設(shè)計(jì)為例,應(yīng)用本課題開發(fā)的面向綠色產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)的CAI軟件系統(tǒng),針對其節(jié)水、節(jié)電、無污染排放等綠色設(shè)計(jì)需求,分析并解決了其綠色設(shè)計(jì)中存在的問題,并最終得到了合理可行的洗衣機(jī)綠色設(shè)計(jì)方案,驗(yàn)證了本文設(shè)計(jì)的CAI軟件系統(tǒng)的合理性和可行性。本論文采取的研究思路如下:以現(xiàn)狀分析、理論研究為基礎(chǔ),通過對產(chǎn)品綠色設(shè)計(jì)理論集成創(chuàng)新的探討,開發(fā)綠色產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)CAI系統(tǒng)并通過設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)例驗(yàn)證其可行性。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of manufacturing industry, global environmental degradation, resource shortage and energy crisis have become increasingly prominent. Green design, as an advanced design technology to meet the requirements of sustainable development, has been recognized as an effective way to solve the above problems. At present, as a new design concept, green design lacks systematic theoretical system, methods and tools, which makes it difficult to be popularized in enterprises. This has become the bottleneck of further implementation and application of green design technology in engineering practice. Therefore, how to integrate other innovative design methods and technologies into the green product design process, establish a perfect theoretical system of green product innovation design, and develop a software system for green product innovation design on this basis. It is an urgent problem in the field of green design to help enterprises improve their green innovative design ability and develop environment-friendly products. On the basis of deep analysis of the existing advanced design methods at home and abroad, this paper evaluates the green design scheme of products based on AHP, including the theory system of green design, the analysis of user demand of green products, the principle of case-based reasoning, and the evaluation of product green design scheme based on AHP (Analytic hierarchy process). The solution of green product design problem based on Triz (invention problem solving theory) and the development of CAI (computer aided innovation design) system for green product innovation design are studied in detail. The main research work of this paper includes the following aspects: firstly, this paper systematically studies the modern green design theory system, deeply analyzes the concept, main contents, design principles and implementation steps of green design. The key technology and its difference with traditional design perfect the basic frame of green design theory. At the same time, the key problems in green product innovation design are analyzed. Secondly, explore the integration of green design and advanced innovative design methods. Based on the existing research on green design, combined with the characteristics of innovative design theories and methods, such as fish bone method (CBR) AHP Triz and so on, this paper discusses how to integrate the above advanced design theories and methods to analyze and solve the green design problems of products. It is applied to all stages of green design for the whole product life cycle, and a multi-method integrated product green design problem solving process model is constructed. Thirdly, the CAI software prototype system for green product innovation design is designed and implemented. The software system is based on the multi-method integrated green product innovation design model based on Triz theory. The software structure system, the underlying database and the function module of the software system are constructed. The software interface and function are realized by SQL Server 2005 and C #. Finally, taking the green design of washing machine as an example, the CAI software system for innovative design of green products developed by this subject is applied to meet the green design needs, such as water saving, electricity saving, no pollution emission and so on. The problems in green design are analyzed and solved, and a reasonable and feasible green design scheme of washing machine is obtained, which verifies the rationality and feasibility of the CAI software system designed in this paper. The research ideas adopted in this paper are as follows: based on the current situation analysis and theoretical research, the CAI system of green product innovation design is developed through the discussion of product green design theory integration and innovation, and the feasibility of CAI system is verified by design examples.
