某商場中央空調(diào)冷源系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行能效優(yōu)化及應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:隨著我國城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程的加快,商場無論是從數(shù)量上還是規(guī)模上,都進(jìn)入了一個快速發(fā)展期,在提高人們生活品質(zhì)的同時,也消耗了大量的能源。在商場建筑能源消耗中,中央空調(diào)系統(tǒng)能耗占較大比例。因此,結(jié)合商場中央空調(diào)的使用特點(diǎn),探尋一種中央空調(diào)冷源系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行能效優(yōu)化方法,最大限度的挖掘中央空調(diào)系統(tǒng)的節(jié)能潛力,減少中央空調(diào)系統(tǒng)的能源消耗,對商場節(jié)能降耗具有十分重要的意義。 本文以廣州某大型綜合商場為研究對象,針對中央空調(diào)冷源系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行參數(shù)的時變特性,建立了基于運(yùn)行數(shù)據(jù)的冷源系統(tǒng)動態(tài)優(yōu)化模型,并利用TRNSYS仿真平臺對中央空調(diào)冷源系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行能效優(yōu)化控制策略進(jìn)行了研究。在此基礎(chǔ)上,以研究團(tuán)隊實施的該商場中央空調(diào)冷源系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化管理控制系統(tǒng)為平臺,對中央空調(diào)冷源系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行能效在線優(yōu)化控制進(jìn)行了應(yīng)用研究,為中央空調(diào)冷源系統(tǒng)節(jié)能優(yōu)化控制的工程應(yīng)用提供了依據(jù)。 本文的主要研究工作包括: (1)利用商場中央空調(diào)冷源系統(tǒng)的實際運(yùn)行數(shù)據(jù),通過參數(shù)辨識建立了中央空調(diào)冷源系統(tǒng)設(shè)備模型,并對各模型的準(zhǔn)確性進(jìn)行了驗證。 (2)建立了中央空調(diào)冷源系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化仿真模型,并運(yùn)用TRNSYS軟件搭建了中央空調(diào)冷源系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行能效優(yōu)化的動態(tài)仿真平臺。 (3)利用遺傳算法對中央空調(diào)冷源系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化模型進(jìn)行尋優(yōu)計算,得到中央空調(diào)冷源系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)化控制參數(shù),并利用已建立的仿真平臺,對中央空調(diào)冷源系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化控制策略進(jìn)行了仿真分析,結(jié)果表明,采用該策略后中央空調(diào)冷源系統(tǒng)能耗比之前降低了4.3%,驗證了該優(yōu)化控制策略的可行性。 (4)針對商場中央空調(diào)冷源系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行參數(shù)的時變特點(diǎn),提出了模型參數(shù)動態(tài)辨識方法,建立了中央空調(diào)冷源系統(tǒng)的在線優(yōu)化模型,并利用商場中央空調(diào)冷源系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化管理控制平臺,進(jìn)行中央空調(diào)冷源系統(tǒng)的在線優(yōu)化控制,測試表明,,中央空調(diào)冷源系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行能效提高了5.86%。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of urbanization in our country, shopping malls have entered a period of rapid development in terms of quantity and scale. While improving people's quality of life, they also consume a lot of energy. In the energy consumption of shopping malls, the energy consumption of central air-conditioning system accounts for a large proportion. Therefore, according to the characteristics of central air conditioning in shopping malls, this paper explores a method to optimize the energy efficiency of central air conditioning cold source system, to maximize the energy saving potential of central air conditioning system, and to reduce the energy consumption of central air conditioning system. It is of great significance to save energy and reduce consumption. In this paper, the dynamic optimization model of the cold source system based on the operation data is established, aiming at the time-varying characteristics of the operation parameters of the central air conditioning cold source system, taking a large comprehensive shopping mall in Guangzhou as the research object. The optimal energy efficiency control strategy of central air conditioning cold source system is studied by TRNSYS simulation platform. On this basis, based on the optimized management and control system of the central air-conditioning cold source system implemented by the research team, the online optimization control of the energy efficiency of the central air conditioning cold source system is studied. It provides the basis for the engineering application of energy saving optimization control of central air conditioning cold source system. The main research work of this paper is as follows: (1) based on the actual operation data of the central air conditioning cold source system in shopping malls, the equipment model of the central air conditioning cold source system is established by parameter identification. The veracity of each model is verified. (2) the optimization simulation model of central air conditioning cold source system is established. The dynamic simulation platform of energy efficiency optimization of central air conditioning cold source system is built by using TRNSYS software. (3) the optimization model of central air conditioning cold source system is optimized by genetic algorithm. The optimal control parameters of the central air-conditioning cold source system are obtained, and the simulation analysis of the optimization control strategy of the central air conditioning cold source system is carried out using the established simulation platform. The results show that, After adopting this strategy, the energy consumption ratio of the central air-conditioning cold source system is reduced by 4.3%, which verifies the feasibility of the optimized control strategy. (4) considering the time-varying characteristics of the operation parameters of the central air-conditioning cold source system in shopping malls, The dynamic identification method of the model parameters is presented, and the on-line optimization model of the central air-conditioning cold source system is established, and the on-line optimal control of the central air-conditioning cold source system is carried out by using the optimization management and control platform of the central air conditioning cold source system in the shopping mall. The test shows that the energy efficiency of the central air-conditioning cold source system has been improved by 5. 86%.
