平行流冷凝器的傳熱計(jì)算與應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:針對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)中心用蒸汽壓縮/熱管復(fù)合型環(huán)控機(jī)組系列產(chǎn)品研發(fā)的需要,在分析國內(nèi)外學(xué)者相關(guān)研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,建立了平行流換熱器的計(jì)算模型,設(shè)計(jì)了外側(cè)為熱管冷凝器、內(nèi)側(cè)為制冷冷凝器的組合式平行流換熱器,建立了30kW熱管復(fù)合型制冷模塊實(shí)驗(yàn)系統(tǒng),進(jìn)行了室外側(cè)環(huán)境溫度為35℃、10℃和16℃的壓縮式制冷、熱管制冷和熱管復(fù)合制冷的工作性能實(shí)驗(yàn)。結(jié)果表明,所設(shè)計(jì)的組合式冷凝器達(dá)到預(yù)期指標(biāo),驗(yàn)證了設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算模型的可靠性,為平行流冷凝器在大型熱管復(fù)合環(huán)控機(jī)組中的工程應(yīng)用提供了依據(jù)。
