彎曲共振法共振峰“劈叉”現(xiàn)象研究

【摘要】:使用彎曲共振法測(cè)量復(fù)合試件阻尼參數(shù)時(shí),發(fā)現(xiàn)頻響曲線有時(shí)會(huì)在共振頻率附近產(chǎn)生"劈叉"現(xiàn)象,表現(xiàn)出兩個(gè)峰值,與一般經(jīng)驗(yàn)不符。建立了懸臂梁試件受到不同方向激勵(lì)的耦合振動(dòng)模型,通過(guò)信號(hào)合成復(fù)原了"劈叉"曲線,表明頻響曲線在共振頻率附近產(chǎn)生"劈叉"的原因是正交方向彎曲振動(dòng)模態(tài)的干擾;提出了針對(duì)"劈叉"曲線的實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)處理方法;利用阻尼層模量識(shí)別過(guò)程判斷出"劈叉"曲線上兩峰對(duì)應(yīng)的振動(dòng)方向,辨別主共振峰和干擾峰;進(jìn)而分析了"劈叉"曲線干擾頻率與幅度等對(duì)試件損耗因子識(shí)別精度的影響。結(jié)果表明,在主共振峰可辨條件下,使用彎曲共振法常規(guī)計(jì)算公式,即可得到相當(dāng)準(zhǔn)確的結(jié)果,并解決了"劈叉"曲線數(shù)據(jù)處理的難題。
[Abstract]:When using the bending resonance method to measure the damping parameters of the composite specimen, it is found that the frequency response curve sometimes produces "split" phenomenon near the resonance frequency, showing two peaks, which is not consistent with the general experience. A coupling vibration model excited by different directions of the cantilever beam specimen is established, and the "split" curve is restored through the signal synthesis, and the frequency response curve is shown. The cause of "splitting" near the resonance frequency is the interference of the bending vibration mode of the orthogonal direction. The experimental data processing method for the "split" curve is proposed, and the vibration direction corresponding to the two peaks on the "split" curve is judged by the identification process of the damping layer modulus, and the main resonance peak and the interference peak are identified, and then the interference of the "split" curve is analyzed. The effect of frequency and amplitude on the identification accuracy of the loss factor of the specimen shows that a fairly accurate result can be obtained by using the conventional formula of the bending resonance method under the condition of the main resonance peak, and the problem of the data processing of the "split" curve is solved.
