【摘要】：目的將用戶為中心的設(shè)計(jì)理念及研究方法擴(kuò)展到兒童產(chǎn)品領(lǐng)域,關(guān)注幼兒群體順應(yīng)語(yǔ)境變化的潛在需求,以設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐案例驗(yàn)證用戶研究理論。方法基于以用戶為中心的優(yōu)化流程,采用用戶訪談、實(shí)地觀察、角色構(gòu)建、情境演繹等用戶研究的典型流程與方法,獲取用戶行為特性、認(rèn)知心理、知覺特征等。結(jié)論以用戶需求為導(dǎo)向,結(jié)合兒童包產(chǎn)品的特征,提煉出兒童包產(chǎn)品研發(fā)的相關(guān)原則及需求點(diǎn),輸出設(shè)計(jì)原型,為相關(guān)產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)提供參考。
[Abstract]:Objective to extend the user-centered design concept and research methods to the field of children's products, to pay attention to the potential needs of children's adaptation to the changing context, and to verify the user's research theory by designing practical cases. Methods based on the user-centered optimization process, the typical processes and methods of user research, such as user interview, field observation, role construction and situational deduction, were used to obtain user behavior characteristics, cognitive psychology, perceptual characteristics and so on. Conclusion based on the requirements of users and the characteristics of children bag products, the relevant principles and demand points of children package product research and development are extracted, and the output design prototype can be provided as a reference for the related product design.
