基于響應(yīng)面法的聽小骨消聲器的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:為了改善聽小骨消聲器的消聲性能,并減輕質(zhì)量,以消聲器低頻和寬頻的平均傳遞損失作為優(yōu)化目標(biāo),以消聲器的結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)(進(jìn)出口管道寬度、封閉腔深度、封閉腔長(zhǎng)度)作為優(yōu)化變量,消聲器的質(zhì)量作為約束條件,對(duì)其結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化.建立了聽小骨消聲器的有限元模型,采用中心組合試驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)獲得樣本點(diǎn),利用響應(yīng)面法構(gòu)造二次多項(xiàng)式響應(yīng)面模型,并檢驗(yàn)了響應(yīng)面模型的擬合精度.將響應(yīng)面模型和NSGA-Ⅱ遺傳算法相結(jié)合對(duì)消聲器的結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化.優(yōu)化后消聲器低頻和寬頻的消聲性能得到改善,質(zhì)量減輕,表明了響應(yīng)面法和遺傳算法相結(jié)合的消聲器結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)優(yōu)化方法的有效性.
[Abstract]:In order to improve the silencing performance and reduce the quality of the muffler, the average transmission loss of the muffler's low frequency and wide frequency is taken as the optimization objective, and the structural parameters of the muffler (the width of the inlet and outlet pipe, the depth of the closed cavity) are taken as the optimization objective. The length of the closed cavity is taken as the optimization variable and the quality of the muffler is taken as the constraint condition to optimize the structural parameters.
