關(guān)于P公司電吹風(fēng)生產(chǎn)線產(chǎn)能提升的研究

【摘要】:分析制造業(yè)多年來的發(fā)展,我們可以看出,生產(chǎn)方式的轉(zhuǎn)換越來越快?纯慈缃竦纳鐣圃鞗Q定市場的情形已經(jīng)一起不復(fù)返,永遠(yuǎn)地成為了歷史,現(xiàn)代制造業(yè)是以消費者為導(dǎo)向的,買方市場決定了賣方市場。而隨著人們生活水平的提高,人們對產(chǎn)品的要求也越來越高,除了產(chǎn)品的功能,價格等關(guān)鍵信息外,人們對產(chǎn)品的外觀,品牌,服務(wù)等的關(guān)注比重逐漸增加。關(guān)注就會帶來比較,而每個人都有不一樣的審美觀,不同的人對產(chǎn)品的需求各不一樣,這就給制造企業(yè)提出了更高的要求。多品種小批量的生產(chǎn)方式必將取代小品種多批量的生產(chǎn)方式。 P公司電吹風(fēng)生產(chǎn)線是該工廠產(chǎn)量最大、人數(shù)最多的生產(chǎn)線,采用了典型的接力式生產(chǎn)模式,近年來由于產(chǎn)品多品種少批量的趨勢越來越明顯,以及總產(chǎn)量的增加,老式生產(chǎn)線已經(jīng)無法滿足生產(chǎn)需求,急需對生產(chǎn)線進(jìn)行調(diào)整,,以達(dá)成提高生產(chǎn)線產(chǎn)能的目的。 本文以P公司電吹風(fēng)生產(chǎn)線產(chǎn)能提升研究為題,通過時間研究分析該生產(chǎn)線現(xiàn)狀存在的產(chǎn)能問題,然后通過排除浪費,布局規(guī)劃,線平衡分析,最終為該生產(chǎn)線制定了特殊的單元生產(chǎn)方式,通過將不同的單元生產(chǎn)方式結(jié)合,得到了一種最適合電吹風(fēng)生產(chǎn)線的布局及生產(chǎn)方式。通過不斷循環(huán)改善,最終提高了該生產(chǎn)線13%的產(chǎn)能,滿足了客戶的需求,并且在小家電生產(chǎn)線中具備了一定的推廣意義。
[Abstract]:After analyzing the development of manufacturing industry for many years, we can see that the transformation of production mode is faster and faster. Looking at today's society, the situation where manufacturing determines the market is gone forever. Modern manufacturing is consumer-oriented, and the buyer's market determines the seller's market. With the improvement of people's living standards, people's demands on products are becoming higher and higher. In addition to the key information, such as function and price of products, the proportion of people's attention to product appearance, brand, service and so on is increasing gradually. Attention will bring comparison, and everyone has different aesthetic standards, different people have different demand for products, which puts forward higher requirements for manufacturing enterprises. The production mode of multi-variety and small batch will certainly replace the mode of production of small variety and multi-batch. The electric hair dryer production line of P Company is the production line with the largest output and the largest number of people in this factory, and adopts the typical relay production mode. In recent years, due to the trend of more and more varieties and fewer batches of products, and the increase of total output, the old production line has been unable to meet the production demand, so it is urgent to adjust the production line. In order to achieve the purpose of increasing production capacity of production line, this paper takes the research on capacity upgrading of electric hair dryer production line of P Company as a topic, analyzes the production capacity problems existing in the production line through time research, and then through eliminating waste, layout planning, line balance analysis, Finally, a special unit production mode is established for the production line. By combining different unit production methods, a layout and production mode that is most suitable for the production line of hair dryer is obtained. Through continuous circulation improvement, the capacity of the production line is raised by 13%, and the customer's demand is satisfied, and it has certain popularization significance in the production line of small household appliances.
