【摘要】：目的研究海軍艦艇物資包裝建設(shè)需求與對(duì)策。方法針對(duì)海軍使命任務(wù)多樣化、物資補(bǔ)給規(guī)�；�、海上作戰(zhàn)體系化要求,通過分析總結(jié)艦艇物資包裝特點(diǎn)和包裝需求,研究提出海軍艦艇物資包裝需求和發(fā)展建設(shè)應(yīng)采取的有效措施。結(jié)果在海軍艦艇物資包裝建設(shè)中,必須加強(qiáng)包裝標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化建設(shè),加速實(shí)現(xiàn)艦艇物資集裝化,加大包裝新技術(shù)的應(yīng)用,推進(jìn)深度軍民融合。結(jié)論艦艇物資包裝作為提高物資保障能力的重要手段,必須采取多種有效措施提高物資包裝水平,加強(qiáng)物資包裝建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the requirements and countermeasures of naval ship material packaging construction. Methods according to the requirements of naval missions, such as diversification of mission, large-scale supply of materials and systematization of naval operations, the characteristics and requirements of naval ship material packaging were analyzed and summarized. The paper puts forward the effective measures for naval ship material packing demand and development and construction. Results in the construction of naval ship material packaging, we must strengthen the construction of packaging standardization, accelerate the realization of ship material assembly, increase the application of new packaging technology, and promote the deep integration of military and civil affairs. Conclusion as an important means to improve the material support ability, many effective measures must be taken to improve the material packaging level and strengthen the material packaging construction.
