【摘要】:從十四烷、月桂酸、月桂酸甲酯、正癸醇、正癸酸、水楊酸乙酯6種有機(jī)物中初步篩選復(fù)配物質(zhì),通過(guò)熱力學(xué)公式計(jì)算二元復(fù)配物的理論配比和相變潛熱,選取合適溫度且相變潛熱較高的復(fù)配物質(zhì),以DSC進(jìn)行相變特性評(píng)價(jià)和穩(wěn)定性測(cè)試。結(jié)果表明,正癸酸/月桂酸甲酯、正癸酸/正癸醇、月桂酸/十四烷、月桂酸甲酯/月桂酸等組合的Onset溫度范圍為0~4℃,相變潛熱在150~210 J/g之間,符合目標(biāo)Onset溫度0~6℃并具有較高相變潛熱的要求;相變潛熱最大且共融性和穩(wěn)定性最好的二元復(fù)配物是月桂酸/十四烷(質(zhì)量比3.12∶96.88),Onset溫度4.03℃,相變潛熱207.05 J/g;熱物性性能較好且成本較低的是月桂酸/十四烷(質(zhì)量比6.17∶93.83)和正癸酸/十四烷(質(zhì)量比22.68∶77.32),Onset溫度分別為3.89℃和3.19℃,相變潛熱分別為192.61 J/g和189.21 J/g;相變可調(diào)規(guī)律性良好的二元復(fù)配物是正癸酸/正癸醇,正癸酸質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)在34.51%~47.24%之間變化時(shí),Onset溫度為0.96~3.60℃,相變潛熱為155~171 J/g。
[Abstract]:The compound compounds were preliminarily selected from six organic compounds: tetradecane, methyl laurate, n-decanol, n-decanoic acid and ethyl salicylate. The theoretical ratio and latent heat of phase transition of the binary compound were calculated by thermodynamic formula. The phase transition characteristics and stability of the compound materials with suitable temperature and high latent heat were evaluated by DSC. The results show that the Onset temperature range of the combination of n-decanoic acid / lauric acid methyl ester, decanoic acid / decanol, lauric acid / tetradecane and methyl lauric acid / lauric acid is 0 ~ 4 鈩,
