【摘要】：合理的降雨閾值是確定區(qū)域暴雨泥石流減災防災的關鍵。為了探求誘發(fā)舟曲地區(qū)泥石流的降雨閾值,本研究以舟曲三眼峪、羅家峪為例,研究了在前期含水量一般(濕潤)和干旱兩種條件下,觸發(fā)不同預警級別泥石流的降雨雨強與歷時函數關系,采用水文學方法計算了不同頻率下洪峰流量以及對應的不同規(guī)模泥石流啟動降雨量閾值。結果表明:在前期含水量干旱和一般條件下,三眼峪、羅家峪泥石流紅色Ⅰ級降雨預警值為56.10 mm/h和50.86 mm/h、橙色Ⅱ級預警值為40.70 mm/h和37.87 mm/h、黃色Ⅲ級預警值為31.74 mm/h和29.88 mm/h、藍色Ⅳ級預警值為23.83 mm/h和21.69 mm/h,預備Ⅴ級預警值為7.31 mm/h和15.69 mm/h、預備Ⅵ級預警值為10.16 mm/h和9.48 mm/h;不同預警級別條件下的降雨雨強與降雨歷時成I=α×D~β冪函數關系,和數值在不同預警級別下成規(guī)律性變化;能夠誘發(fā)舟曲地質災害的降雨特征可分為兩種:一是降雨雨強大的單峰型短歷時強降雨("點雨");二是降雨雨強小、持續(xù)時間較長的"綿綿細雨"。研究成果可作為舟曲區(qū)域暴雨泥石流監(jiān)測預警研究提供科學依據。
[Abstract]:Reasonable rainfall threshold is the key to determine regional rainstorm debris flow disaster reduction and prevention. In order to find out the rainfall threshold of debris flow in Zhouqu area, taking Sanyanyu and Luojiayu in Zhouqu as examples, the paper studied the condition of general moisture content and drought in the early stage. The relationship between rainfall intensity and diachronic function of debris flow with different warning levels was studied. The Hong Feng discharge and the corresponding threshold of starting rainfall of debris flow of different scale were calculated by hydrological method.
