聚結(jié)板強化油水分離過程的機理研究

【摘要】:為從分散相油滴聚結(jié)機理的角度闡明板式聚結(jié)器強化油水分離過程的原理并為其設(shè)計提供依據(jù),對油滴群在不銹鋼斜板表面的聚結(jié)過程和油水兩相在聚結(jié)板組內(nèi)的分離過程進行了實驗,研究分散相油滴在單一聚結(jié)板表面和聚結(jié)板組內(nèi)的聚結(jié)行為及機理。結(jié)果表明:分散相油滴接觸聚結(jié)板后將在表面形成凹凸不平的油滴層,而非連續(xù)流動的油膜;后續(xù)油滴通常難以直接融入油滴層,其中大油滴在油滴層表面主要以滾動方式離開聚結(jié)板,而小油滴則是通過嵌入凹凸不平的油滴層表面,并經(jīng)過排擠水膜→聚并增長→形成隨機流道→脫離聚結(jié)板的時間過程而實現(xiàn)分離。聚結(jié)板組對大油滴分離過程并無強化作用,但可有效強化小油滴分離過程。且強化原理主要在于3個方面:縮短油滴浮升至聚結(jié)面的時間;在板表面形成凹凸不平的油滴層,為小油滴提供穩(wěn)定的停留場所以完成聚并過程;為分散相小油滴的聚并提供足夠的聚結(jié)面積。這一機理較好闡明了小油滴分離實驗結(jié)果及其分率效率隨聚結(jié)器結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)的變化規(guī)律,即一定范圍內(nèi),增加聚結(jié)板長度(增加有效聚結(jié)面積)或減小板傾角(促進油滴停留與聚并)都將提高分離效率。
[Abstract]:In order to elucidate the principle of enhancing oil-water separation process by plate coalescence from the point of view of the mechanism of oil droplet coalescence in dispersed phase, and provide the basis for its design, The coalescence process of oil droplets on the surface of stainless steel inclined plate and the separation process of oil and water two phases in the agglomeration board were studied. The coalescence behavior and mechanism of the dispersed oil droplets on the surface of single agglomeration plate and the agglomeration board group were studied. The results show that the dispersed oil droplets will form an uneven oil droplet layer on the surface after contact with the agglomeration plate, instead of a continuous flow oil film, and the subsequent oil droplets are usually difficult to be directly integrated into the oil droplet layer. Large oil droplets on the surface of the oil droplet mainly leave the agglomeration plate in a rolling manner, while small oil droplets are embedded in the uneven surface of the oil droplet layer. And the separation is realized through the time process of extruding the water film and increasing the formation of random channel to separate from the agglomeration plate. The agglomeration plate group has no effect on the separation of large oil droplets, but it can effectively enhance the separation process of small oil droplets. The strengthening principle mainly lies in three aspects: shortening the time of oil droplet floating to the coalescence surface, forming an uneven oil droplet layer on the surface of the plate, providing a stable residence place for the small oil droplet to complete the coalescence process; Sufficient coalescence area is provided for the aggregation of small oil droplets in dispersed phase. The experimental results of the separation of small oil droplets and the variation of the fractionation efficiency with the structure parameters of the coalescers are well elucidated in this mechanism, that is, within a certain range, The separation efficiency can be improved by increasing the length of the coalescence plate (increasing the effective coalescence area) or decreasing the dip angle of the plate (promoting oil droplet retention and coalescence).
