【摘要】：為研究含黏彈性材料多層回轉(zhuǎn)體結(jié)構(gòu)在軸向振動作用下的層間轉(zhuǎn)動特性,設(shè)計了多層回轉(zhuǎn)體試驗件,進行了黏彈性材料壓縮力學性能研究,建立了考慮黏彈性材料非線性力學特性的結(jié)構(gòu)動力學模型�；谀B(tài)試驗考察了不同預緊力條件下結(jié)構(gòu)的模態(tài)變化規(guī)律,在此基礎(chǔ)上開展了隨機振動環(huán)境下試驗件層間轉(zhuǎn)動特性試驗,獲得了確定的層間轉(zhuǎn)動現(xiàn)象,并研究了不同振動量級及預緊力對層間轉(zhuǎn)動的影響。基于隨機振動試驗獲得了含黏彈性材料回轉(zhuǎn)體預緊結(jié)構(gòu)層間轉(zhuǎn)動與否的預緊力、振動量級分界線。相關(guān)試驗結(jié)果可為工程設(shè)計提供支持。
[Abstract]:In order to study the interlaminar rotation characteristics of multi-layer rotary body structure with viscoelastic material under axial vibration, a multi-layer rotary body test piece was designed, and the compression mechanical properties of viscoelastic material were studied. A structural dynamic model considering nonlinear mechanical properties of viscoelastic materials is established. Based on the modal test, the modal variation of the structure under different pretension forces is investigated. Based on this, the interlaminar rotation characteristic tests are carried out in the random vibration environment, and the definite interlaminar rotation phenomenon is obtained. The effects of different vibration magnitude and pre-tightening force on interlayer rotation are studied. Based on the random vibration test, the pretension force and the vibration magnitude boundary of the pre-tightening structure with viscoelastic material are obtained. Relevant test results can provide support for engineering design.
