【摘要】：探討服務(wù)設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)圖如何在復(fù)雜的系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)流程中,通過有效的計(jì)劃與組織以產(chǎn)生可持續(xù)的解決方案。對(duì)不同階段的系統(tǒng)圖發(fā)展進(jìn)行比較,洞察其在服務(wù)系統(tǒng)創(chuàng)新領(lǐng)域轉(zhuǎn)變的內(nèi)在特征,借助案例研究,分析系統(tǒng)圖作為服務(wù)設(shè)計(jì)工具的實(shí)踐與發(fā)展。闡述其設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)應(yīng)遵循層級(jí)、決策、可供性和可視化的基本原則,以促進(jìn)系統(tǒng)關(guān)系的呈現(xiàn),并支持協(xié)同創(chuàng)新。
[Abstract]:This paper discusses how service design system diagrams can generate sustainable solutions through effective planning and organization in complex system design processes. This paper compares the development of system diagrams in different stages, and analyzes the practice and development of system diagrams as a tool of service design with the help of case studies and insight into the internal characteristics of their transformation in the field of service system innovation. The basic principles of hierarchy, decision making, availability and visualization should be followed in order to promote the presentation of system relations and support collaborative innovation.
