新型擴(kuò)散吸收式制冷中溶液再循環(huán)倍率對(duì)系統(tǒng)性能的影響

【摘要】:對(duì)新型太陽(yáng)能驅(qū)動(dòng)、帶循環(huán)泵的NH_3/LiNO_3/He擴(kuò)散吸收式制冷系統(tǒng)中溶液再循環(huán)倍率k值與系統(tǒng)性能系數(shù)COP的變化規(guī)律進(jìn)行模擬與分析。結(jié)果表明,在不同的發(fā)生溫度T_g、冷凝溫度T_c、最大蒸發(fā)溫度T_e及噴淋溫度T_(24)下,系統(tǒng)COP隨溶液再循環(huán)倍率k值的增大,普遍呈現(xiàn)先增后減的趨勢(shì),因此每一工況下均存在相應(yīng)的COP和k值;但由于上述各工況和k值對(duì)噴淋溶液濃度x_(24)和吸收溫度Ta的影響各具特點(diǎn),導(dǎo)致各工況下的影響程度并不完全相同。在最大蒸發(fā)溫度為0℃、冷凝溫度和噴淋溫度為30℃的典型工況下,當(dāng)發(fā)生溫度為80~100℃時(shí),k值的最優(yōu)值在2.5~3.0之間,對(duì)應(yīng)的COP在0.401~0.458之間。機(jī)組實(shí)際運(yùn)行時(shí),可根據(jù)運(yùn)行工況條件適當(dāng)調(diào)節(jié)相應(yīng)的k值以提高系統(tǒng)的性能。
[Abstract]:The variation law of solution recirculation rate k and system performance coefficient (COP) in NH_3/LiNO_3/He diffusion absorption refrigeration system driven by solar energy is simulated and analyzed. The results show that under different occurrence temperature, condensation temperature, maximum evaporation temperature, and spray temperature, the COP of the system generally increases first and then decreases with the increase of the ratio k of the solution recirculation. Therefore, there are corresponding COP and k values under each working condition, but the influence of the above conditions and k values on the concentration of spray solution x _ S _ (24) and the absorption temperature Ta has its own characteristics, which leads to the different influence degree of each condition.
