基于人工蜂群算法的高速變螺距分件供送螺桿優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:高速變螺距分件供送螺桿是包裝機(jī)械中供送系統(tǒng)的重要基礎(chǔ)構(gòu)件,是整個(gè)設(shè)備的咽喉。研究提出用人工蜂群算法優(yōu)化螺桿結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù),高速變螺距分件供送螺桿優(yōu)化模型以螺桿螺旋線總長(zhǎng)最小為優(yōu)化目標(biāo),以螺旋線最大圈數(shù)為設(shè)計(jì)變量,以供送過(guò)程中螺桿對(duì)包裝容器保持有阻擋作用,以及加速度的最大變化率小于預(yù)定值為約束條件。結(jié)果表明,經(jīng)過(guò)人工蜂群算法優(yōu)化后獲得的最優(yōu)螺旋線最大圈數(shù)能有效減小高速變螺距分件供送螺桿的長(zhǎng)度,為高速變螺距分件供送螺桿參數(shù)的合理選取提供了依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The high speed variable pitch feed screw is an important basic component of the feeding and feeding system in the packaging machinery and the throat of the whole equipment. The artificial bee colony algorithm is used to optimize the screw structure parameters. The optimization model of high speed variable pitch feed screw is based on the minimum total length of screw helix and the maximum number of helical loops as design variables. The constraint condition is that the screw can block the packaging container and the maximum change rate of acceleration is less than the predetermined value. The results show that the optimal helix maximum number obtained by artificial bee colony algorithm can effectively reduce the length of high speed variable pitch splitter feed screw, which provides a basis for the reasonable selection of parameters of high speed variable pitch splitter feed screw.
