【摘要】：目的針對(duì)藥品包裝封口機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)六桿機(jī)構(gòu),該機(jī)構(gòu)輸出構(gòu)件滑塊做直線運(yùn)動(dòng),以完成直線封邊作業(yè)。方法根據(jù)封口直線機(jī)構(gòu)處于極限位置時(shí)各桿長(zhǎng)與角度之間的函數(shù)關(guān)系,運(yùn)用ADAMS參數(shù)化建模功能計(jì)算出各角度初始值,在極限位置處建立其虛擬樣機(jī)模型,并進(jìn)行運(yùn)動(dòng)仿真及分析。結(jié)果經(jīng)過(guò)仿真分析得出,滑塊行程為278 mm,速度最大值為1160 mm/s,加速度曲線斜率為0.7~0.9 s,在返程時(shí)不會(huì)影響封口的效果,封口直線機(jī)構(gòu)運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)。結(jié)論利用極限位置進(jìn)行參數(shù)化建模,簡(jiǎn)單易行,適用于其他復(fù)雜機(jī)構(gòu)的參數(shù)化建模。
[Abstract]:Aim to design a six-bar mechanism for drug packaging and sealing machine. The output slider of the mechanism moves in a straight line to complete the linear edge sealing operation. Methods according to the functional relationship between the length of each rod and the angle when the sealing line mechanism is in the limit position, the initial values of each angle are calculated by using the ADAMS parameterized modeling function, and the virtual prototype model is established at the limit position. And the motion simulation and analysis are carried out. Results the results show that the slider stroke is 278mm, the maximum velocity is 1160 mm / s, and the slope of acceleration curve is 0.7m / s. Conclusion Parametric modeling with limit position is simple and feasible, and it is suitable for parametric modeling of other complex mechanisms.
