反滲透條件下粘土膜效率系數(shù)的試驗研究

【摘要】:針對反滲透系統(tǒng)在給定流速和滲入端定濃度條件下的膜效率系數(shù)求解問題,提出利用粘土中鹽運移模型的解析解計算膜效率系數(shù)的方法。通過設計反滲透試驗,測定擬穩(wěn)定狀態(tài)下相關參數(shù),利用鹽運移模型的解析解,求得粘土膜效率系數(shù),由此進一步討論流速測定值的誤差和擬穩(wěn)定時長變化對膜效率系數(shù)影響。研究表明,重塑粘土膜效率系數(shù)為0.9010~0.9064,粘土的膜性能好,但120 d后計算的滲出濃度達到0.0998 mol·L~(-1),接近于滲入濃度0.1 mol·L~(-1),說明粘土膜攔截鹽的能力隨時間下降。此外,在擬穩(wěn)定狀態(tài)下的敏感性分析表明,流速在偏離試驗設定條件的±10%范圍內,對膜效應系數(shù)的影響不超過±1.25%,擬穩(wěn)定時長變化對膜效應系數(shù)的影響不超過0.71%,說明計算方法可靠性高。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of membrane efficiency coefficient of reverse osmosis system under the condition of given flow rate and fixed concentration of infiltration terminal, an analytical solution of salt migration model in clay is proposed to calculate the membrane efficiency coefficient. Through the design of reverse osmosis test, the relative parameters under quasi-stable state were measured, and the coefficient of clay membrane efficiency was obtained by using the analytical solution of salt migration model. The effect of the error of velocity measurement value and the variation of pseudo-stable time length on the membrane efficiency coefficient was discussed further. The results show that the efficiency coefficient of remolded clay membrane is 0.9010 ~ 0.9064, and the membrane performance of the clay is good, but the calculated exudation concentration reaches 0.0998 mol / L ~ (-1) after 120 days, which is close to the infiltration concentration of 0.1 mol / L ~ (-1), indicating that the ability of intercepting salt decreases with time. In addition, the sensitivity analysis under quasi-stable state shows that the velocity of flow is within 鹵10% of the set conditions of the test. The effect on the membrane effect coefficient is not more than 鹵1.25, and the effect of quasi-steady time variation on the membrane effect coefficient is not more than 0.71, which indicates that the calculation method has high reliability.
