【摘要】:為了研究機(jī)床工作過(guò)程中液壓數(shù)據(jù)的變化規(guī)律,設(shè)計(jì)液壓檢測(cè)與數(shù)據(jù)采集傳輸系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)了機(jī)床壓力數(shù)據(jù)實(shí)時(shí)在線監(jiān)控,并借助MATLAB繪制出液壓曲線圖,對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行處理、分析,方便對(duì)機(jī)床液壓特性的研究。經(jīng)實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證:系統(tǒng)能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)對(duì)液壓值的實(shí)時(shí)檢測(cè)傳輸,同時(shí)MATLAB能夠很好地實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)處理,具有一定的可行與實(shí)用性。
[Abstract]:In order to study the changing rule of hydraulic data in the working process of machine tools, a hydraulic testing and data acquisition and transmission system is designed, which realizes the real-time on-line monitoring of the pressure data of machine tools, and draws the hydraulic curves with MATLAB to process and analyze the data. Easy to study the hydraulic characteristics of machine tools. The experimental results show that the system can realize the real-time detection and transmission of hydraulic value, and MATLAB can realize the data processing well, which is feasible and practical.
