單光子靈敏和高時(shí)空分辨的大動(dòng)態(tài)范圍科學(xué)增強(qiáng)相機(jī)

【摘要】:增強(qiáng)相機(jī)結(jié)合了MCP增強(qiáng)器和圖像傳感器這兩個(gè)成熟的技術(shù),便于對(duì)其各組件構(gòu)成的優(yōu)化及擇優(yōu)組合,獲得單光子靈敏的探測(cè)能力,以及精確的空間和時(shí)間分辨能力,可在極微弱光條件下獲得準(zhǔn)確的位置和時(shí)間信息,成為一個(gè)可用于科學(xué)成像的理想的大面陣成像探測(cè)器,特別是可結(jié)合門控電源,獲得超快的曝光時(shí)間,并使增強(qiáng)相機(jī)也可在較高的光照條件下工作,覆蓋一個(gè)相當(dāng)大的工作范圍。本文描述了增強(qiáng)相機(jī)的構(gòu)成及其各構(gòu)成組件的工作特性,介紹了MCP增強(qiáng)器各組件的擇優(yōu)組合和優(yōu)化構(gòu)成,結(jié)合一個(gè)門控電源對(duì)光陰極的超高速和高頻率的選通,以及一個(gè)百萬像素的圖像傳感器經(jīng)光學(xué)耦合后的高速讀出,科學(xué)增強(qiáng)相機(jī)可具有納秒甚至亞納秒的時(shí)間分辨力,并兼具模擬和光子計(jì)數(shù)兩種模式的大動(dòng)態(tài)范圍成像能力,在光子計(jì)數(shù)模式,具有可達(dá)到單光子探測(cè)靈敏度,和106 count?s-1?cm-2數(shù)量級(jí)以上的最大計(jì)數(shù)率,以及10?m(FWHM)的空間分辨的能力。
[Abstract]:The enhanced camera combines two mature techniques, MCP intensifier and image sensor. It is convenient to optimize and select the components of the enhanced camera to obtain the single photon sensitive detection ability and accurate spatial and time resolution. The accurate position and time information can be obtained under the condition of very weak light. It is an ideal large plane array imaging detector for scientific imaging, especially in combination with the gated power supply to obtain ultra-fast exposure time. The enhanced camera can also work under higher illumination conditions, covering a considerable range of work. This paper describes the composition of the enhanced camera and the working characteristics of each component, introduces the optimal combination and optimization of each component of the MCP intensifier, and combines the ultra-high speed and high frequency gating of a gated power supply to the photocathode. As well as a high speed readout of a megapixel image sensor after optical coupling, the science enhanced camera can have a time resolution of nanosecond or even sub-nanosecond, and a large dynamic range imaging capability of both analog and photon counting modes. In the photon counting mode, the sensitivity of single photon detection can be achieved, the maximum counting rate of 10 6 count?s-1?cm-2 order of magnitude, and the spatial resolution of 10 m count?s-1?cm-2 FWHM can be achieved.
