高壓星型空壓機噪聲分析與控制研究

【摘要】:空壓機是量大而面廣的通用機械,廣泛應(yīng)用于機械、礦山、化工及建筑等部門,它所產(chǎn)生的噪聲級別特別高、影響大,是環(huán)境噪聲的污染源之一。而本文涉及的高壓星型空壓機應(yīng)用在船舶上,噪聲不但會引起船舶上一些結(jié)構(gòu)的聲振疲勞破壞,而且會對船艙內(nèi)各種儀器、設(shè)備等的正常工作造成一定影響,降低船舶及設(shè)備的使用效果、減少船舶及設(shè)備的使用壽命,因此研究高壓星型空壓機噪聲超標(biāo)的原因并對其進(jìn)行治理是尤為重要。 本文按照GJB4058-2000對高壓星型空壓機進(jìn)行噪聲測試,發(fā)現(xiàn)其噪聲值超標(biāo),分析噪聲測量數(shù)據(jù),得出進(jìn)氣噪聲是空壓機主要噪聲源的結(jié)論,提出了通過設(shè)計合理消聲器來降低空壓機噪聲的方法。測量了空壓機進(jìn)氣噪聲的頻譜,得到主要消聲頻段。通過聲學(xué)仿真軟件LMS Virtual. Lab,分析了不同結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)對消聲器傳遞損失的影響,結(jié)合空壓機進(jìn)氣噪聲的頻譜特性,設(shè)計得到空壓機進(jìn)氣消聲器,并在LMS Virtual. Lab中計算了其傳遞損失,對于主要消聲頻帶有很好的效果;在Fluent中計算了其壓力損失,滿足要求。同時將設(shè)計的消聲器加工出來,安裝到高壓星型空壓機的進(jìn)氣口,測試結(jié)果表明改進(jìn)后的空壓機的噪聲達(dá)標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:Air compressor is a kind of general machinery with large quantity and wide scope. It is widely used in machinery, mining, chemical industry and construction departments. It produces a high noise level and has a great impact. It is one of the pollution sources of environmental noise. However, when the high pressure star type air compressor is applied to ship, the noise will not only cause the damage of acoustic and vibration fatigue of some structures on the ship, but also affect the normal operation of various instruments and equipment in the cabin. It is very important to study the cause of high pressure star type air compressor noise exceeding the standard and to control it because of reducing the use effect of ship and equipment and reducing the service life of ship and equipment. In this paper, the noise of high pressure star type air compressor is measured according to GJB4058-2000, and its noise value is found to be over the standard. By analyzing the noise measurement data, the conclusion is drawn that the inlet air noise is the main noise source of the air compressor. The method of reducing the noise of air compressor by designing reasonable muffler is put forward. The frequency spectrum of air intake noise of air compressor is measured, and the main frequency band of noise suppression is obtained. Through acoustic simulation software LMS Virtual. The influence of different structure parameters on the transmission loss of muffler is analyzed. Combined with the spectrum characteristics of air intake noise of air compressor, the air compressor intake muffler is designed and fabricated in LMS Virtual. The transmission loss is calculated in Lab, which has a good effect on the main frequency band, and the pressure loss is calculated in Fluent to meet the requirements. At the same time, the designed muffler is machined and installed into the inlet of the high pressure star type air compressor. The test results show that the noise of the improved air compressor is up to standard.
