熱電制冷器熱模型建立與修正方法研究

【摘要】:影響熱電制冷器仿真溫度的輸入?yún)?shù)較多且不易準(zhǔn)確測(cè)得導(dǎo)致建立高精度仿真模型較為困難。為此,提出了一種熱電制冷器熱模型建立與修正方法。首先建立熱電制冷器溫度場(chǎng)仿真模型,并基于Spearman相關(guān)級(jí)數(shù)對(duì)影響仿真溫度的參數(shù)進(jìn)行靈敏度辨識(shí),確定強(qiáng)相關(guān)參數(shù)和弱相關(guān)參數(shù);然后以熱電制冷器的實(shí)測(cè)溫度值為目標(biāo),采用多島群遺傳算法對(duì)強(qiáng)相關(guān)參數(shù)進(jìn)行修正;在此基礎(chǔ)上,再對(duì)弱相關(guān)參數(shù)進(jìn)行修正;最后運(yùn)用霍克基維斯直接搜索算法對(duì)修正后的參數(shù)進(jìn)行更為精確的修正,得出了電流為3.6 A時(shí)模型輸入?yún)?shù)的修正值。采用相同方法獲得了電流在0~3.9 A范圍內(nèi)輸入?yún)?shù)的修正值。據(jù)此建立的熱模型,仿真值與實(shí)測(cè)值最大誤差小于4.9℃(-5~100.5℃范圍內(nèi)),表明該熱模型的建立與修正方法合理有效。
[Abstract]:It is difficult to establish a high-precision simulation model because of the large input parameters which affect the simulation temperature of thermoelectric chiller. In this paper, a method of thermal model establishment and modification for thermoelectric refrigerators is proposed. Firstly, the temperature field simulation model of thermoelectric cooler is established, and the sensitive identification of the parameters affecting the simulation temperature is carried out based on Spearman correlation series, and the strong correlation parameters and weak correlation parameters are determined, and then the measured temperature values of the thermoelectric cooler are taken as the target. Multi-island genetic algorithm is used to modify the strongly correlated parameters; on this basis, the weakly correlated parameters are modified; finally, the modified parameters are modified more accurately by using the Hawkevez direct search algorithm. The revised values of the input parameters of the model are obtained when the current is 3.6 A. The correction values of input parameters in the range of 0 ~ 3.9 A are obtained by the same method. The maximum error between the simulated and measured values is less than 4.9 鈩,
