基于電液協(xié)調(diào)式挖掘機(jī)復(fù)合動(dòng)作能量回收研究

【摘要】:為了更好地實(shí)現(xiàn)液壓挖掘機(jī)動(dòng)臂與轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)復(fù)合動(dòng)作時(shí)的能量回收,對(duì)比了不同回收方式下的能量回收系統(tǒng)方案。在AMESim軟件中分別建立液壓式、電力式以及電液協(xié)調(diào)式能量回收系統(tǒng)的仿真模型,通過(guò)仿真分析綜合比較,提出了一種基于蓄能器-液壓馬達(dá)-發(fā)電機(jī)的液壓挖掘機(jī)電液協(xié)調(diào)式能量回收系統(tǒng)。研究結(jié)果表明:該系統(tǒng)的能量回收率達(dá)到了45.47%,能量再利用率達(dá)到了47.37%;能耗小,能量回收及再利用效率高,能更好地實(shí)現(xiàn)動(dòng)臂與轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)復(fù)合動(dòng)作時(shí)的能量回收。
[Abstract]:In order to better realize the energy recovery of the hydraulic excavator when the moving arm and the rotary table are combined, the energy recovery system schemes under different recovery methods are compared. The simulation models of hydraulic, electric and electric-hydraulic coordinated energy recovery systems are established in AMESim software. An electro hydraulic coordinated energy recovery system of hydraulic excavator based on accumulator-hydraulic motor-generator is proposed. The results show that the energy recovery rate of the system is 45.47, the energy reuse ratio is 47.37, the energy consumption is low, the energy recovery and reuse efficiency is high, and the energy recovery can be better realized when the moving arm and the turntable are combined.
