產(chǎn)品環(huán)境性能優(yōu)化潛力識(shí)別方法

【摘要】:綠色設(shè)計(jì)涉及到產(chǎn)品的材料選擇、工藝規(guī)劃、結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化、回收處理等多個(gè)方面。對(duì)于產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)人員,如何快速提取具有較大環(huán)境性能優(yōu)化潛力的產(chǎn)品零部件,并能夠?qū)Χ鄠(gè)具有相似環(huán)境特征的零部件進(jìn)行統(tǒng)一設(shè)計(jì)改進(jìn),成為了提高綠色設(shè)計(jì)效率所需解決的關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題。考慮到產(chǎn)品零部件環(huán)境性能優(yōu)化潛力的模糊性,利用模糊評(píng)價(jià)、模糊集合等相關(guān)理論,建立了綠色設(shè)計(jì)的零部件可優(yōu)化集。并進(jìn)一步采用模糊聚類的方法,研究了可優(yōu)化集合中零部件間的環(huán)境相似關(guān)系,實(shí)現(xiàn)了環(huán)境性能優(yōu)化潛力相似零部件子集的快速提取。設(shè)計(jì)研發(fā)人員可以對(duì)零部件子集內(nèi)的環(huán)境相關(guān)零部件進(jìn)行統(tǒng)一的綠色設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)化,從而有效地縮短綠色產(chǎn)品的研發(fā)周期,提高產(chǎn)品綠色設(shè)計(jì)的成功率。以某款洗碗機(jī)為例,驗(yàn)證了該方法的可行性與有效性。
[Abstract]:Green design involves material selection, process planning, structure optimization, recycling and so on. For product designers, how to quickly extract parts with great potential for environmental performance optimization, and how to improve the unified design of many parts with similar environmental characteristics, It has become the key problem to be solved to improve the efficiency of green design. Considering the fuzziness of the environmental performance optimization potential of product parts and components, an optimal set of components for green design is established by means of fuzzy evaluation, fuzzy set and other relevant theories. Furthermore, the fuzzy clustering method is used to study the environmental similarity relationship between parts in the optimal set, and the rapid extraction of similar parts subsets with potential for environmental performance optimization is realized. The designer can optimize the green design of the environmental related parts in the parts subset, which can shorten the research and development cycle of green products and improve the success rate of green design. Taking a dishwasher as an example, the feasibility and effectiveness of the method are verified.
