并聯(lián)式液壓混合動(dòng)力車輛制動(dòng)能量回收與再利用研究

【摘要】:以并聯(lián)式液壓混合動(dòng)力節(jié)能車輛為研究對(duì)象,針對(duì)其制動(dòng)能量回收與再利用,分析液壓再生系統(tǒng)工作原理以及二次元件、蓄能器和轉(zhuǎn)矩耦合器的參數(shù),并制定動(dòng)態(tài)分配轉(zhuǎn)矩的能量管理策略;贏MESim仿真軟件,搭建液壓再生系統(tǒng)模型并進(jìn)行仿真分析。結(jié)果表明:利用能量管理策略的再生制動(dòng)與驅(qū)動(dòng)過(guò)程,在不損失制動(dòng)效果前提下,能有效改善車輛動(dòng)力性,加大制動(dòng)能量回收與再利用程度,提高燃油經(jīng)濟(jì)性。
[Abstract]:A parallel hydraulic hybrid power saving vehicle is taken as the research object. Aiming at its braking energy recovery and reuse, the working principle of the hydraulic regenerative system, the parameters of the two components, the accumulator and the torque coupler are analyzed, and the energy management strategy of the dynamic distribution torque is made. Based on the AMESim simulation software, the model of the hydraulic regenerative system is built and the model of the hydraulic regenerative system is built and the model of the hydraulic regenerative system is built and The simulation analysis shows that the regenerative braking and driving process using the energy management strategy can effectively improve the vehicle power, increase the recovery and reuse of braking energy and improve the fuel economy without losing the braking effect.
