【摘要】:智能化計(jì)算機(jī)輔助為設(shè)計(jì)師工作帶來了創(chuàng)新效率的體驗(yàn),但它卻忽略了設(shè)計(jì)師本身這一重要的設(shè)計(jì)主體作用。文獻(xiàn)研究發(fā)現(xiàn),利用智能化CAD技術(shù)代替設(shè)計(jì)師的研究很多,而直接輔助設(shè)計(jì)師的較少。由于設(shè)計(jì)師在設(shè)計(jì)過程中要同時(shí)處理多個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)要素,而設(shè)計(jì)要素的重要性,及其相互之間的關(guān)系屬于隱性知識(shí),難以被設(shè)計(jì)師直接把握。本論文借用基因調(diào)控網(wǎng)絡(luò)(GRN)的概念,歸納節(jié)點(diǎn)關(guān)系,繪制GRN圖譜,從中析出上述隱性知識(shí)來輔助設(shè)計(jì)師活動(dòng)。 論文對(duì)近年來的工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)競賽現(xiàn)狀開展調(diào)研并進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)分析,以2008-2013年“中國五金產(chǎn)品工業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)大賽”1376件保溫杯參賽作品作為研究載體,對(duì)參賽作品的設(shè)計(jì)因素進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)編碼。以保溫杯的設(shè)計(jì)要素為節(jié)點(diǎn),以設(shè)計(jì)要素之間的關(guān)系為邊建立保溫杯產(chǎn)品的GRN,并借網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析技術(shù)識(shí)別GRN的關(guān)鍵節(jié)點(diǎn)和節(jié)點(diǎn)集團(tuán)。論文以入圍作品作為樣本,通過比較全體產(chǎn)品和入圍產(chǎn)品的GRN網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)來分析獲獎(jiǎng)作品的統(tǒng)計(jì)特征,并對(duì)保溫杯產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)給出建議。 本文的研究是基于GRN基因調(diào)控網(wǎng)絡(luò)的概念,將隱性因素以顯性的方式表達(dá)出來,并排除不必要的因素干擾,以清晰快捷的方式輔助設(shè)計(jì)師工作。該研究方法不僅可以提高設(shè)計(jì)師的工作效率,減少企業(yè)研發(fā)成本,還能便于企業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)的管理,提高其市場競爭力。
[Abstract]:Intelligent computer aided work brings the experience of innovation efficiency for designers, but it ignores the important role of designer itself as the main body of design. It is found that there are a lot of researches on using intelligent CAD technology to replace designers, but less on direct assistance to designers. In the process of design, designers have to deal with many design elements at the same time, and the importance of design elements, and the relationship between them belongs to tacit knowledge, which is difficult to be directly grasped by designers. In this paper, the concept of gene regulation network (GRN) is used to sum up the node relationship and draw the GRN map, from which the tacit knowledge mentioned above can be separated to assist the designer's activities. In this paper, the current situation of the industrial design competition in recent years is investigated and the data is analyzed. With 1376 pieces of insulating cup entries in the 2008-2013 "China hardware Industry Design Competition" as the research carrier, the design factors of the entries are encoded. Taking the design elements of insulation cup as the node and the relationship between the design elements as the edge, the GRN of the insulation cup product is established, and the key nodes and node groups of the GRN are identified by network analysis technology. This paper analyzes the statistical characteristics of the winning works by comparing the GRN network structure of all the products and the shortlisted products, and gives some suggestions on the design of the insulation cup products. Based on the concept of GRN gene regulatory network, this paper expresses the recessive factors in a dominant way, eliminates unnecessary interference, and assists designers in a clear and quick way. This research method can not only improve the efficiency of designers, reduce the cost of enterprise R & D, but also facilitate the management of enterprise design data and improve their market competitiveness.
