小波分解下煤礦立井爆破振動信號Hilbert譜分析

【摘要】:以兗礦集團萬福煤礦主立井井筒掘進工程為依托,提出了新的井壁振動監(jiān)測方案,并對井筒基巖段周邊眼不同爆破方案下井壁的振動響應強度進行了分析。通過小波分解與Hilbert時頻譜組合方法,采用db5小波將信號進行7層分解,對小波各層重構(gòu)子信號進行Hilbert譜表征,揭示了爆破振動信號不同頻帶的能量分布特征。結(jié)果表明:切縫藥包有顯著的"減振"、"削峰"、"吸能"、和"移頻"效應。
[Abstract]:Based on the main shaft excavation project of Wanfu Coal Mine of Yanzhou Coal Mine, a new shaft vibration monitoring scheme is put forward, and the vibration response intensity of the shaft wall under different blasting plans for the surrounding hole in the rock base section of the shaft is analyzed. Through the combination of wavelet decomposition and Hilbert time-frequency spectrum, the signal is decomposed into seven layers by db5 wavelet, and the reconstructed sub-signal of each layer is characterized by Hilbert spectrum. The energy distribution characteristics of different frequency bands of blasting vibration signal are revealed. The results show that the slit cartridge has obvious effects of "vibration absorption", "peak cutting", "energy absorption" and "frequency shift".
