影響包裝產(chǎn)品覆膜強(qiáng)度的工藝因素研究

【摘要】:目的定性并定量地分析影響覆膜產(chǎn)品復(fù)合強(qiáng)度的主要因素,提出覆膜過程中應(yīng)注意的問題和利于提高復(fù)合強(qiáng)度的建議。方法采用數(shù)學(xué)分析中的正交試驗(yàn)法,試圖找到最佳覆膜工藝參數(shù),以提高覆膜強(qiáng)度。結(jié)果直觀最優(yōu)工藝參數(shù)方案為復(fù)合溫度90℃、復(fù)合壓力20 MPa、復(fù)合速度800 r/min;位級(jí)最優(yōu)工藝參數(shù)方案為復(fù)合溫度80℃、復(fù)合壓力20 MPa、復(fù)合速度800 r/min;可能最優(yōu)工藝參數(shù)方案為復(fù)合溫度80℃、復(fù)合壓力25 MPa、復(fù)合速度800 r/min。合理的工藝選擇范圍是平印印刷品的墨層厚度在0~3μm時(shí)適宜選擇覆膜加工;復(fù)合溫度一般為85~95℃,墨層較厚時(shí)還應(yīng)適當(dāng)提高;復(fù)合壓力為20~30 MPa;復(fù)合速度為500~700 r/min。結(jié)論通過選擇最佳覆膜工藝參數(shù),有效提高了包裝印品覆膜強(qiáng)度。
