【摘要】:亮度在照明檢測行業(yè)中是一個(gè)十分重要的參考指標(biāo),但是現(xiàn)有的檢測設(shè)備在測試亮度分布過程中會(huì)存在諸多的局限性導(dǎo)致現(xiàn)有的亮度方法無法得到廣泛的推廣。隨著電子技術(shù)和光學(xué)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,一方面數(shù)碼相機(jī)的制造技術(shù)日臻完善,另一方面數(shù)字圖像處理技術(shù)也得到了飛速發(fā)展。這些技術(shù)的進(jìn)步,,使得利用數(shù)碼相機(jī)和數(shù)字圖形處理技術(shù)來獲取目標(biāo)物的亮度分布信息成為可能。利用數(shù)碼相機(jī)所搭建的亮度分布測試系統(tǒng)將會(huì)成為一種新的可以獲取亮度信息的測試工具,這種測試方法具有清晰度高、定位準(zhǔn)確、測試時(shí)間短、重復(fù)性好、成本低、攜帶方便以及測試范圍廣等優(yōu)勢,而且可以實(shí)現(xiàn)測試部分和數(shù)據(jù)處理部分分開進(jìn)行。在數(shù)碼相機(jī)的基礎(chǔ)上所開發(fā)的亮度分布測試系統(tǒng)具有廣闊應(yīng)用前景。本課題所做的主要工作包括: 1)從數(shù)碼相機(jī)測光的基本原理和數(shù)字圖像的基本特征出發(fā),從理論上確定出數(shù)碼相機(jī)的定標(biāo)方案; 2)對(duì)數(shù)碼相機(jī)的各項(xiàng)性能進(jìn)行檢測并分析,如:數(shù)碼相機(jī)的均勻性、穩(wěn)定性、動(dòng)態(tài)范圍等; 3)在確定具體的標(biāo)定方法后,對(duì)明基GH600型數(shù)碼相機(jī)進(jìn)行了具體的標(biāo)定實(shí)驗(yàn),并分析實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果; 4)編制了一整套可用于圖像處理和圖像亮度信息提取的軟件系統(tǒng); 5)通過具體的實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證了本課題所研究的亮度測試系統(tǒng)的誤差,并對(duì)產(chǎn)生誤差的原因進(jìn)行的定性的分析; 本課題所研究的基于數(shù)碼相機(jī)的亮度分布測試方法對(duì)我國的照明檢測行業(yè)會(huì)起到積極地推動(dòng)作用。
[Abstract]:Luminance is a very important reference index in the lighting detection industry. However, there are many limitations in the testing of luminance distribution in the existing detection equipment, so the existing luminance methods can not be widely popularized. With the development of electronic technology and optical technology, on the one hand, the manufacture technology of digital camera is becoming more and more perfect, on the other hand, the digital image processing technology has also been developed rapidly. With the development of these technologies, it is possible to use digital camera and digital graphics processing technology to obtain the luminance distribution information of the object. The luminance distribution testing system built by digital camera will become a new testing tool which can obtain luminance information. This testing method has high definition, accurate positioning, short test time, good repeatability and low cost. Easy to carry and a wide range of advantages, and can be carried out separately from the data processing part. The luminance distribution testing system based on digital camera has broad application prospect. The main work of this project includes: 1) from the basic principle of digital camera photometry and the basic characteristics of digital image, the calibration scheme of digital camera is determined theoretically; 2) detecting and analyzing the performance of digital camera, such as the uniformity, stability, dynamic range of digital camera; 3) after determining the specific calibration method, a specific calibration experiment is carried out on the bright base GH600 digital camera, and the experimental results are analyzed. 4) A software system for image processing and image luminance information extraction is developed. 5) the error of the luminance measurement system studied in this paper is verified by the concrete experiment, and the reason of the error is analyzed qualitatively. The luminance distribution testing method based on digital camera in this paper will play an active role in lighting detection industry in China.
