鄭州地鐵淺埋暗挖通道施工引起的沉降分析

【摘要】:為研究鄭州地鐵淺埋暗挖通道引起的沉降特性,選取鄭州地鐵1號(hào)線新鄭州大學(xué)站1,2號(hào)出入口通道為研究對(duì)象,運(yùn)用FLAC3D軟件模擬了CRD法淺埋暗挖通道施工過(guò)程,并與實(shí)測(cè)沉降數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了對(duì)比分析。研究表明:對(duì)于某一橫斷面測(cè)線,采用小導(dǎo)管超前注漿后的地表最大沉降比未進(jìn)行小導(dǎo)管注漿時(shí)減小32.8%,小導(dǎo)管超前注漿能明顯減小地表沉降,是CRD法淺埋暗挖通道的有效輔助措施;淺埋暗挖施工過(guò)程中進(jìn)行了地表沉降監(jiān)測(cè),所有測(cè)點(diǎn)的最大實(shí)測(cè)沉降和速率均滿足相關(guān)規(guī)范要求。目前1,2號(hào)出入口通道的二襯已經(jīng)施工完成,最大沉降和沉降速率均保持穩(wěn)定,說(shuō)明鄭州地鐵出入口通道施工采用CRD淺埋暗挖法小導(dǎo)管注漿是可行的,為今后類似工程提供參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In order to study the settlement characteristics caused by shallow burying tunnel in Zhengzhou Metro, the construction process of CRD shallow tunneling tunnel is simulated by using FLAC3D software, and the entrance and exit passage of Zhengzhou University Station No. 1 of Zhengzhou Metro Line 1 is selected as the research object. The results are compared with the measured settlement data. The results show that for a cross section, the maximum surface subsidence of a small pipe after advanced grouting is reduced by 32. 8% than that without small pipe grouting, and the surface settlement can be significantly reduced by small pipe advance grouting. It is an effective auxiliary measure for shallow buried tunnel of CRD method, and the surface subsidence monitoring is carried out during the construction of shallow underground excavation, and the maximum measured settlement and rate of all measured points meet the requirements of relevant codes. At present, the second lining of entrance and exit channel 1 and 2 has been completed, and the maximum settlement and settlement rate are stable. It is feasible to use CRD shallow burying tunneling method in the construction of Zhengzhou subway entrance and exit tunnel. To provide reference for similar projects in the future.
