【摘要】：研究目的:隨著中長期鐵路網(wǎng)規(guī)劃的實(shí)施,我國鐵路建設(shè)快速發(fā)展,噪聲問題也日益引起公眾的高度關(guān)注。鐵路兩側(cè)聲環(huán)境功能區(qū)超標(biāo)成為普遍問題,因而部分鐵路項(xiàng)目因噪聲影響尚未通過竣工環(huán)保驗(yàn)收。為規(guī)范、統(tǒng)一鐵路建設(shè)項(xiàng)目環(huán)境影響評(píng)價(jià)和設(shè)計(jì)中噪聲防治目標(biāo)和措施選擇,解決工程竣工環(huán)保驗(yàn)收中噪聲治理問題,因此開展鐵路噪聲治理原則及措施適用條件專題技術(shù)研究是非常必要的。研究結(jié)論:(1)鐵路噪聲防治優(yōu)先考慮對(duì)噪聲源和傳聲途徑采取工程技術(shù)措施,實(shí)施噪聲主動(dòng)控制,至少保證室內(nèi)合理的聲環(huán)境質(zhì)量;(2)列車噪聲源主要集中在車體2.0 m以下的輪軌區(qū)域,軌面以上高度2.05 m的聲屏障能夠有效屏蔽輪軌區(qū)域和車體下部區(qū)域直達(dá)聲;(3)在聲屏障設(shè)計(jì)時(shí),聲屏障防護(hù)范圍、高度、加長量應(yīng)根據(jù)鐵路的源強(qiáng)特性,結(jié)合敏感點(diǎn)降噪要求、地形、地貌等工況條件采取不同的設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù);(4)本研究結(jié)論可為鐵路噪聲的防治提供參考。
[Abstract]:Research objective: with the implementation of medium and long term railway network planning, railway construction in China has developed rapidly, and the noise problem has been paid more and more attention by the public. It is a common problem that the sound environment function area on both sides of the railway exceeds the standard, so some railway projects have not passed the environmental protection acceptance due to the noise effect. In order to standardize and unify the selection of targets and measures for noise prevention in environmental impact assessment and design of railway construction projects, and to solve the problem of noise control in environmental protection acceptance of completed projects, Therefore, it is very necessary to carry out special technical research on the principles and applicable conditions of railway noise control. Conclusion: 1) the railway noise prevention and control gives priority to the adoption of engineering technical measures for noise sources and sound transmission channels, and the implementation of active noise control. At least ensure a reasonable indoor sound quality) the train noise source is mainly concentrated in the wheel-rail area below 2.0 m of the car body. The noise barrier of 2.05 m above the rail surface can effectively shield the wheel-rail area and the lower part of the car body through the sound barrier 3) in the design of the sound barrier, the protection range, height and length of the sound barrier should be based on the source strength characteristics of the railway and the noise reduction requirements of the sensitive points should be combined. Different design parameters are adopted in the working conditions such as topography and geomorphology. The conclusion of this study can provide a reference for the prevention and control of railway noise.
