通過電流反饋運(yùn)放模擬電感實(shí)現(xiàn)壓電分流阻尼系統(tǒng)

【摘要】:傳統(tǒng)的壓電分流阻尼系統(tǒng)控制振動一般采用電壓反饋運(yùn)算放大器來實(shí)現(xiàn)。為了提高壓電分流阻尼系統(tǒng)的控制效果,提出新的基于電流反饋運(yùn)算放大器的壓電分流阻尼系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)方法。以根部對位粘貼壓電陶瓷片的兩端固支梁結(jié)構(gòu)為例,根據(jù)電流模理論設(shè)計(jì)了相應(yīng)的分流電路。針對該結(jié)構(gòu)的第三階固有頻率進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)研究和分析,通過改變分流電路中的等效電感和等效電阻大小使其獲得最佳控制效果,并與傳統(tǒng)的基于電壓運(yùn)算放大器的壓電分流阻尼系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行對比。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:采用新設(shè)計(jì)的控制系統(tǒng)抑制振動的效果比傳統(tǒng)的控制系統(tǒng)抑制振動的效果提高了約8%。
[Abstract]:The traditional piezoelectric shunt damping system usually uses voltage feedback operational amplifier to control vibration. In order to improve the control effect of piezoelectric shunt damping system, a new design method of piezoelectric shunt damping system based on current feedback operational amplifier is proposed. Based on the current mode theory, a shunt circuit is designed based on the two ends clamped beam structure of the piezoelectric ceramic plate with the root opposite position as an example. The third order natural frequency of the structure is experimentally studied and analyzed. The optimal control effect is obtained by changing the equivalent inductance and equivalent resistance in the shunt circuit. And compared with the traditional piezoelectric shunt damping system based on voltage operational amplifier. The experimental results show that the vibration suppression effect of the newly designed control system is about 8% higher than that of the traditional control system.
