【摘要】:一種新型的適用于工程應(yīng)用的超聲波接收端數(shù)字信號處理方案,算法思路是以巴特沃斯IIR數(shù)字濾波器作為輸入輸出端,并結(jié)合一種新型的包絡(luò)檢波及下采樣處理,文中歸結(jié)為五步算法。詳細(xì)介紹了各步算法的實(shí)現(xiàn)方法、工作原理以及必要性,并結(jié)合五步算法的特性給出了一種新型的計(jì)算回波渡越時(shí)間的點(diǎn)跡法,避開了軟件延時(shí)與實(shí)時(shí)性需求之間的矛盾。綜合仿真與實(shí)驗(yàn)測試說明,此設(shè)計(jì)方案不僅可以有效濾除信道噪聲的干擾,而且可以準(zhǔn)確提取包絡(luò)信息并記錄峰值到達(dá)時(shí)間,極大地滿足了超聲波測距系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定性和實(shí)時(shí)性的需求。
[Abstract]:A new digital signal processing scheme for ultrasonic receiver, which is suitable for engineering applications, is proposed. The idea of the algorithm is to take the Butterworth IIR digital filter as the input and output terminal, and to combine a new kind of envelope detection and downsampling processing. This paper comes down to a five-step algorithm. The realization method, working principle and necessity of each step algorithm are introduced in detail, and a new point trace method for calculating echo transit time is given in combination with the characteristic of five-step algorithm, which avoids the contradiction between software delay and real-time requirement. The simulation and experimental results show that the proposed scheme can not only effectively filter the interference of channel noise, but also extract the envelope information accurately and record the peak arrival time. It can meet the need of stability and real-time of ultrasonic ranging system.
