共享制造模式下的計劃體系研究

【摘要】:共享經(jīng)濟是一種互利共贏的經(jīng)濟模式,一直存在于制造業(yè)中,而信息技術(shù)和計算機技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展,特別是互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的進步使之在應(yīng)用范圍和深度方面有了很大的變化;诠蚕斫(jīng)濟的制造模式(簡稱共享制造)正在興起。共享制造符合我國制造業(yè)的發(fā)展需求,具有強大的經(jīng)濟潛力和良好的市場前景。然而,共享制造的相關(guān)研究才剛起步,且理論體系尚不健全,因此有待加強。本文僅研究共享制造的計劃體系。根據(jù)共享制造高度服務(wù)化、定制化和共享化的特點,本文為共享制造計劃體系確定了以下管理和研究需求:(1)高度服務(wù)化:企業(yè)(服務(wù)供應(yīng)商)對外通過提供服務(wù)參與市場競爭,對內(nèi)需要對實現(xiàn)服務(wù)的資源和能力進行管理(生產(chǎn)管理)。為了保證對外管理和對內(nèi)管理的一致性,需要將服務(wù)管理和生產(chǎn)管理集成在同一計劃框架下,因此需要研究共享制造計劃體系結(jié)構(gòu)(Planning System for Sharing Manufacturing,PSSM),使其滿足這一要求。(2)多粒度服務(wù)共享:共享制造平臺需要向用戶提供各個層次的共享服務(wù)。顯然,定制產(chǎn)品和定制零部件是不同層次的服務(wù)(不同粒度),這無疑會帶來服務(wù)規(guī)劃難的問題。因此需要研究多層級服務(wù)規(guī)劃(Multi-level Aggregate Service Planning,MASP),體現(xiàn)計劃的層次性,保證有效性。(3)定制服務(wù)高效化:共享制造的優(yōu)勢體現(xiàn)在定制服務(wù)的深度,但是深度會影響效率。為了提高響應(yīng)速度,需要在定制服務(wù)中擴大通用服務(wù)的比例,如采用延遲制造;同時,需要這是一種通用策略,可以滿足不同服務(wù)供應(yīng)商(生產(chǎn)能力不同)的管理需求,因此需要研究通用延遲制造生產(chǎn)計劃(Common Delayed Differentiation based Production Planning,CDDP),實現(xiàn)分布式生產(chǎn)優(yōu)化。(4)定制服務(wù)規(guī)模化:面向大范圍的共享服務(wù),企業(yè)生產(chǎn)部門容易獲得較多的相似件,產(chǎn)生規(guī)模經(jīng)濟效應(yīng),有助于提高定制效率。但相似件的批量生產(chǎn)也需要同步滿足交貨期等需求,實現(xiàn)降低成本、減少耗時的多目標(biāo)優(yōu)化。因此需要研究"基于相似件歸并的生產(chǎn)進度計劃(Similarity-based Production Scheduling for Customized Production,SPSC);谶@四方面研究需求,論文結(jié)構(gòu)定義如下:第1章闡述論文的研究背景,提出了研究問題和內(nèi)容。依據(jù)研究內(nèi)容,論文回顧和分析了相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的研究現(xiàn)狀,揭示了該研究的必要性,進而給出論文結(jié)構(gòu)框架。第2章介紹共享制造計劃體系結(jié)構(gòu),給出了共享制造服務(wù)架構(gòu)、服務(wù)業(yè)務(wù)及計劃管理系統(tǒng)。隨后,研究了MASP、CDDP和SPSC在計劃管理系統(tǒng)中的功能和作用,以及彼此間的聯(lián)系和交互。第3章研究多層級服務(wù)規(guī)劃(MASP),提出了MASP包含的兩項關(guān)鍵技術(shù):服務(wù)分級模型和基于時間序列的需求預(yù)測技術(shù)。第4章探討通用延遲制造生產(chǎn)計劃(CDDP),包括需求釋放規(guī)則的構(gòu)建,以及混合式的庫存組合和補充方式的實現(xiàn)。需求釋放規(guī)則的構(gòu)建體現(xiàn)了對服務(wù)供應(yīng)商生產(chǎn)能力多樣性的考慮;庫存組合和補充方式體現(xiàn)了CDDP生產(chǎn)決策的柔性和靈活性。第5章研究基于相似件歸并的生產(chǎn)進度計劃(SPSC),研究內(nèi)容包括相似件的識別、生產(chǎn)能力約束的表示、智能優(yōu)化算法的構(gòu)建等。第6章通過案例研究證明MASP、CDDP和SPSC的適應(yīng)性和有效性,進而證明PSSM給出服務(wù)和生產(chǎn)決策的合理性;此外,還給出了以CDDP和SPSC為核心的SaaS服務(wù)的實現(xiàn)框架和應(yīng)用案例。第7章對全文進行總結(jié),提出論文的創(chuàng)新點,并對后續(xù)的相關(guān)研究工作進行了展望。
[Abstract]:Shared economy is a mutually beneficial and win-win economic model, which has always existed in the manufacturing industry, and the rapid development of information technology and computer technology, especially the progress of Internet technology, has made great changes in the scope of application and depth. The manufacturing mode based on shared economy is rising. The development demand of China's manufacturing industry has a strong economic potential and a good market prospect. However, the related research on shared manufacturing has just started and the theoretical system is not yet sound. Therefore, it needs to be strengthened. This paper only studies the planning system of shared manufacturing. This paper is based on the characteristics of high service, customization and sharing of shared manufacturing. The shared manufacturing planning system identifies the following management and research requirements: (1) highly service-oriented: the enterprise (service provider) participates in the market competition by providing services to the outside world, and manages the resources and capabilities of the services to be implemented within. In order to ensure the consistency of external management and internal management, service management and birth need to be managed and generated. Production management is integrated under the same plan framework, so Planning System for Sharing Manufacturing (PSSM) needs to be studied to meet this requirement. (2) multi granularity service sharing: shared manufacturing platform needs to provide users with all levels of shared services. At the same level of service (different granularity), this will undoubtedly bring about the difficult problem of service planning. Therefore, we need to study the Multi-level Aggregate Service Planning (MASP) to reflect the level of the plan and ensure the effectiveness. (3) the high efficiency of the custom service: the advantage of the shared manufacturing is reflected in the depth of the custom service, but the depth will be in shadow Response speed. In order to improve response speed, it is necessary to expand the proportion of general service in custom services, such as delayed manufacturing; at the same time, it is a general strategy to meet the management requirements of different service providers (different production capacity). Therefore, the Common Delayed Differentiation bas needs to be studied. Ed Production Planning, CDDP), to achieve distributed production optimization. (4) customization service scale: large scale sharing services, enterprise production departments easy to obtain more similar parts, produce scale economic effects, help to improve the efficiency of customization. But similar batch production also needs to meet the demand of delivery time and so on. It reduces the time-consuming multi-objective optimization. Therefore, we need to study "Similarity-based Production Scheduling for Customized Production, SPSC). Based on these four aspects, the structure of the paper is defined as follows: the first chapter expounds the research background of the thesis, and puts forward the research problems and contents. The paper reviews and analyzes the research status in the related fields, reveals the necessity of the research, and then gives the framework of the paper. The second chapter introduces the shared manufacturing plan architecture, and gives the shared manufacturing service architecture, service business and planning management system. Then, the work of MASP, CDDP and SPSC in the planned management system is studied. The third chapter studies the multi-layer service planning (MASP), and puts forward two key technologies including the service classification model and the time series based demand forecasting technology. The fourth chapter discusses the general delay manufacturing production plan (CDDP), including the construction of demand release rules, and the mixed inventory. The implementation of combination and supplement. The construction of demand release rules reflects the consideration of the diversity of service providers' productivity; inventory combination and supplemental methods reflect the flexibility and flexibility of CDDP production decision. In the fifth chapter, the production schedule (SPSC) based on the merging of similar parts is studied, including the identification of similar parts, production energy The sixth chapters prove the adaptability and effectiveness of MASP, CDDP and SPSC through case study, and then prove that PSSM gives the rationality of service and production decision. Furthermore, it also gives the framework and application cases of SaaS services at the core of CDDP and SPSC. The seventh chapter summarizes the full text and proposes the full text. The innovation of the paper, and the future research work is prospected.
