紙漿模塑包裝制品的表觀處理技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:近年來,為響應(yīng)綠色環(huán)保理念,環(huán)保包裝材料越來越受到社會和業(yè)界的重視。紙漿模塑作為一種新型環(huán)保材料近幾年已經(jīng)成為廢紙的第三大消費(fèi)行業(yè),應(yīng)用的領(lǐng)域也越來越廣。紙漿模塑原料來源廣泛、可回收再利用、易降解,是代替塑料的熱門材料,但受原材料的影響,制品的外觀顏色、表面平滑度等較差,限制了紙漿模塑的應(yīng)用范圍。改善紙漿模塑的外觀性能,提高其在包裝中的附加值已成為國內(nèi)外研究的熱點(diǎn)之一。 本課題在國內(nèi)外研究的基礎(chǔ)上結(jié)合本實驗室具體情況,以舊瓦楞箱板紙(OCC)廢紙纖維為主要原料,通過漂白、染色、表面涂布等表觀處理技術(shù),改善了紙漿模塑的外觀色澤、表面平滑度和掉屑情況,并研究了紙漿模塑處理前后的耐破度和環(huán)壓強(qiáng)度等物理性能的變化。具體來說,主要的研究內(nèi)容包括: (1)從本文主要研究原材料OCC紙漿的組成出發(fā),根據(jù)紙漿特性,從化學(xué)機(jī)理的角度分析在紙漿漂白、染色和表面施膠過程中,化學(xué)試劑與纖維的相互作用,確定了后續(xù)試驗化學(xué)試劑的選擇范圍和評價指標(biāo)。 (2)將微波加熱用于雙氧水一段漂白OCC紙漿,以紙漿亮度和殘液化學(xué)需氧量為評價指標(biāo),通過正交試驗確定了較優(yōu)的工藝參數(shù):堿比0.2,H2O2用量2%,微波功率300w,微波時間150s。為獲得更高的紙漿亮度,采用H2O2/FAS/NaBH4三段漂白,研究了三段漂白的漂序?qū)垵{亮度的影響,試驗結(jié)果表明:NaBH4/FAS/H2O2三段漂白漂后紙漿亮度達(dá)到了73.41,與一段漂白紙漿相比,紙漿亮度提高了11.8%;同時殘液COD值與一段微波--H2O2漂白的COD值相近,三段漂白后的廢水處理負(fù)擔(dān)未有明顯增加。 (3)在微波-H2O2一段漂白基礎(chǔ)上對紙漿進(jìn)行染色,以上染率和耐濕色牢度為主要指標(biāo),紙漿亮度為輔助指標(biāo),通過L16(45)正交試驗研究確定了直接翠蘭GL對漂白紙漿染色的最佳工藝條件:染料用量1.6%,NaCl用量10%,染液PH值4,,染液溫度60℃,染色時間30min;紙漿上染率達(dá)到了98.5%左右,直接耐曬翠蘭GL上染纖維普遍具有較高的耐濕色牢度。 (4)研究了PS-255表面施膠淀粉、KR-002表面干強(qiáng)劑、KR-230陽離子表面施膠劑和B-1表面增強(qiáng)劑四種表面施膠劑分別對紙漿模塑制品表面平滑度及掉屑的改善效果,在此基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行復(fù)配試驗,結(jié)果表明:PS-255施膠淀粉對紙漿模塑制品表面平滑度的改善效果最好,KR-002表面干強(qiáng)劑對表面平滑度的改善效果一般,但對掉屑情況的改善效果最好,且熱壓整形后試樣表面美觀。將PS-255施膠淀粉和KR-002表面干強(qiáng)劑進(jìn)行復(fù)配,確定了較優(yōu)配方:m(PS-255):m(KR-002)為10:2,施膠物質(zhì)濃度20%,涂膜厚度400μm。 (5)研究了漂白、染色和表面施膠對紙漿模塑試樣物理性能(耐破度和環(huán)壓強(qiáng)度)的影響;制品經(jīng)漂白和染色處理后物理性能變化不大,表面施膠則可在一定程度上提高其物理性能。 研究結(jié)果說明,以O(shè)CC紙漿為原料制備的紙漿模塑制品經(jīng)過漂白、染色和表面施膠處理,可有效改善制品的表觀性能;制品在色澤、表面平滑度和防掉屑方面均達(dá)到較高水平,為其在中高檔包裝中的廣泛應(yīng)用提供可能。本論文的研究成果為紙漿模塑包裝制品在表觀處理方面的進(jìn)一步研究提供了一定的理論基礎(chǔ)和試驗依據(jù),具有較高的參考價值。
[Abstract]:In recent years , in order to respond to the concept of green environmental protection , the environmental protection packaging material has been paid more and more attention by the society and the industry . The paper pulp molding as a new kind of environmental protection material has become the third major consumption industry of waste paper in recent years , and the application range is more and more widely . The paper pulp molding raw material has wide sources , can be recycled and reused , is easy to degrade , is a hot material for replacing plastic , and limits the application range of pulp molding .
Based on the domestic and foreign research , based on the specific conditions of this lab , the paper improves the appearance color , surface smoothness and chip removal of pulp molding by using the surface treatment technology such as bleaching , dyeing , surface coating and so on , and studies the changes of the physical properties of pulp molding before and after the paper pulp molding . Specifically , the main research contents include :
( 1 ) Based on the composition of the raw material OCC pulp , the paper analyzes the interaction between chemical reagent and fiber during bleaching , dyeing and surface sizing of pulp according to the characteristics of pulp , and determines the selection range and evaluation index of the subsequent test chemical reagent .
( 2 ) The effect of bleaching sequence on the brightness of pulp was studied by orthogonal test . The results showed that the brightness of pulp reached 73.41 when the brightness of bleached pulp reached 73.41 , and the brightness of pulp increased by 11.8 % compared with the bleached pulp .
At the same time , the COD value of the residual liquid is similar to the COD value of a period of microwave - H2O2 bleaching , and the waste water treatment burden after the three - stage bleaching is not obviously increased .
( 3 ) dyeing the paper pulp on the basis of a bleaching of microwave - H2O2 , the dyeing rate and the wet fastness of the paper pulp are the main indexes , the brightness of the pulp is the auxiliary index , and the optimal technological conditions for dyeing the bleached pulp by the direct emerald GL are determined through the orthogonal test of L16 ( 45 ) : the dye consumption is 1.6 percent , the amount of NaCl is 10 percent , the pH value of the dye liquor is 4 , the dyeing liquid temperature is 60 DEG C , and the dyeing time is 30min ;
the dyeing rate of the paper pulp reaches about 98.5 % , and the dyeing fiber in the direct sunlight - resistant green - blue GL has higher wet fastness .
( 4 ) The surface smoothness of PS - 255 surface dry strength agent , KR - 002 surface dry strength agent , KR - 230 cationic surface sizing agent and B - 1 surface reinforcing agent were studied .
( 5 ) The effects of bleaching , dyeing and surface sizing on the physical properties ( fracture resistance and ring compressive strength ) of pulp molded specimens were studied .
The physical properties of the products after bleaching and dyeing are not large , and the physical properties of the products can be improved to a certain extent .
The results show that pulp molded products made from OCC pulp are bleached , dyed and subjected to surface sizing treatment , which can effectively improve the apparent performance of the products .
The results of this paper provide some theoretical basis and experimental basis for further study on the apparent treatment of pulp moulded packaging products , which has high reference value .
